Vermiete meinen wunderschönen kleinen Pflanzen Jungle von August bis September.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell (westseitig ausgerichtet) und hat zwei straßenseitige Fenster. Da wir im 3ten Stock sind bekommt man vom Verkehr nicht wirklich was mit. Wir haben auch Fenster in den begrünten Innenhof, weshalb man wunderbar durchlüften kann (ein Traum im Sommer) +Vogelgezwitscher inklusive;)
Meine Pflanzen bleiben über den Sommer im Zimmer und daher wäre es cool wenn du sie einmal wöchentlich gießen könntest.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Eine große Küche (mit Siebträger Kaffeemaschine!), ein neues Bad mit Badewanne und ein seperates Klo. Wir haben sogar einen begrünten Innenhof der für alle mit zu benützen ist. Ich hab auch einen Gartentisch mit Stühlen also perfekt um einen Sommerabend ausklingen zu lassen.

I’m renting my beautiful little plant jungle from August to September.
The room is very bright (west-facing) and has two street-facing windows. Since we are on the 3rd floor you don't really notice the traffic. We also have windows into the green courtyard, which is great for ventilation (a dream in the summer) + birdsong included;)
My plants stay in the room over the summer and so it would be cool if you could water them once a week.
The apartment has everything you need. A large kitchen (including a portafilter coffee machine!), a new bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. We even have a landscaped courtyard that everyone can use. I have a garden table and chairs so it's perfect for rounding off a summer evening.

• 5-10 min zur U6 und U4 (Spitelau und Nussdorfer Straße)
• Eurospar gegenüber, Billa, Hofer und Apotheke sind auch alle innerhalb 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar

- Türkenschanzpark, zu Fuß in 18 min
- Wiener Weinberge innerhalb von 19 min mit der Tram erreichbar (Nussberg, Kahlenberg)

Unser WG Leben ist keine Zwecks- WG! Jeder macht sein eigenes Ding (wir haben alle recht verschiedene Tagesrhythmen) und hat seine Privatsphäre aber Plaudern in unserm umfunktionalisiertem Flur - sprich Wohnzimmer - wenn man gemeinsam daheim ist und ab und an ein WG Abend, ein Ausflug in die Weinberge oder zur Donau baden gehen ist immer mal drinnen:)

Everyone does their own thing and has their own privacy, but chatting in our converted hallway - which is our living room - when you're at home together and every now and then enjoying an evening collectivly, a trip to the vineyards or a swim in the Danube is always possible :)
