Gemütliches Zimmer in bunter 4er-WG sucht neue Mitbewohner*in

Die Wohnung ist öffentlich sehr gut angebunden. Die 37er Straßenbahn ist innerhalb von 1 Gehminute zu erreichen, der 35A, 10A und 38er innerhalb von 3min. Die U-Bahnstation Spittelau mit U4 und U6 sowie S-Bahnen ist ca 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt. Somit der Uni Campus und die Hauptuni in höchstens 20min zu erreichen und die BOKU ebenfalls unter 20min.
In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es nette Parks und auch zum Donaukanal kommt man ganz schnell. Für längere Spaziergänge bietet sich natürlich der Wienerwald und die Weinberge an, die man mit dem Bus ebenfalls innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreicht. Baden kann man natürlich auf der Donauinsel, welche mit dem Rad ca 20min entfernt ist (auch öffentlich).

The flat is very well situated. The tram 37 is only 1 min away and the busses 35 and 10 as well as the tram 38 are just 3 min away. The nearest metro station is Spittelau which is about 5-10min by foot. Therefore the flat is ideal for you if you study at UNI Campus, Hauptuni or BOKU. For recreational purposes there are parks nearby as well as the Donaukanal for walks and biking. If you enjoy longer walks/hiking you can also go by bus to Wienerwald and take advantage of one of the many cityhiking trails. The danube island, where you can relax and swim, is also reachable by bike or bus within 20min.

Deine Mitbewohner*innen sind Anna, Nils und Niklas.

Nils arbeitet sich gerade an seinen letzten Abgaben im Politikwissenschafts- und KSA-Studium ab, ein Ende ist jedoch in Sicht. Er verbringt viel Zeit mit politischem Engagement und ist gern mit Freund*innen unterwegs. Außerdem geht er ab und zu gern Laufen und Radfahren.

Niklas ist unser Kulturschaffender im Hause. Er spielt zurzeit in einer Burgtheaterstudio-Produktion mit und ist auch sonst viel im kulturellen Treiben der Stadt unterwegs. Niklas liest viel und musiziert ab und zu gern.

Auch Anna interessiert sich sehr für die Wiener Kulturszene, schreibt für ein Literaturmagazin und studiert Deutsch/Italienisch und Theaterpädagogik. Sie wechselt vom jetzt frei werdenden Zimmer in ein klein wenig größeres der WG.

Der WG-Alltag setzt sich aus gemeinsamen Kochen, Essen, Spielen oder nur entspanntem Plaudern zusammen. Je nach Kapazität ist das Zusammenleben mal intensiver und mal weniger intensiv. Da wir alle studieren sind wir phasenweise sehr beschäftigt oder viel unterwegs. Aber wenn man nach hause kommt, schätzen wir ein nettes Zusammensitzen bei einem Tee oder Wein und einen Austausch über unseren Tag. Wichtig ist uns auch Rücksichtnahme und eine gute Kommunikationsbasis, um über alles mögliche die WG Betreffende reden zu können. Momentan teilen wir auch unser gesamten Lebensmitteleinkäufe, es wär cool, wenn du dem gegenüber offen wärst.

Your roommates* are Anna, Nils and Niklas.

Nils is currently working on his last theses in political science and anthropology, but an end is in sight. He spends a lot of time with political engagement and likes to be out with friends. He also likes to go jogging and cycling from time to time.

Niklas is our in-house cultural person. He is often on the move in the cultural life of the city. Niklas reads a lot (really!) and likes to make music.

Also Anna is very interested in the cultural life of the city. She writes for a literature magazine and studies German, Italian and Drama pedagogy.

Everyday life in a shared flat is made up of cooking, eating, playing games or just relaxed chatting. Depending on capacity, living together is sometimes more intensive and sometimes less intensive. Since we all study, we are sometimes very busy or travel a lot. But when you come home, we appreciate a nice sit-together with a tea or wine and an exchange about our day. It is also important for us to be considerate and to have a good basis for communication in order to be able to talk about all kinds of things concerning the shared flat. At the moment we also share all our grocery shopping, so it would be cool if you were open to that.

Das Zimmer ist ab Juni frei, theoretisch könntest du sogar schon in der letzten Mai Woche zu siedeln beginnen.
Wir sind gerade eher auf der Suche nach einer Frau* bzw. FLINT*-Person.
