Da ich leider aus meinem Zimmer bald ausziehe, sucht meine Mitbewohnerin ich einen neuen Mitbewohner/eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Zimmer und Wohnung
Geräumiges Zimmer in einer 2er WG, auch im Winter sehr hell (Fenster in Richtung Südwest). Kann teilmöbliert (Schrank, Sessel, Tisch) oder unmöbliert vermietet werden, je nach Absprache. In der Wohnung befinden sich auch eine geräumige Küche (Tisch, Gerschirrspüler, Waschmaschine) und Bad mit Wanne.

Since i'm unfortunately moving out of my room, my roommate is looking for someone new to live with.
Room and Apartment
Spacious room in a 2-bedroom apt. Southwest facing windows allow the room to be filled with light even in winter. Some of the furniture (closet, desk, chair) can stay per request. The apartment also consists of a spacious kitchen with a table, chairs, washing machine and dishwasher as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a corridor.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Döbling, in unmittelbarer Nähe von der Spittelau (optimale Verkehrsanbindung - U4, U6, D, 37A, S-Bahn).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Donaukanal und Gürtel sind in 5 min erreichbar. Weiters sind Türkenschanzpark, Kahlenberg und Cobenzl für alle Naturliebhaber auch nicht weit entfernt.
Location
The apartment building is located in the 19th district, Döbling and is 4 min away by foot from Spittelau (U4, U6, D tram, 37A bus, S-Bahn - regional trains).
Grocery stores, Donaukanal and the bar/club street Gürtel are just 5 min away. If you like to be in nature places like Türkenschanzpark, Kahlenberg and Cobenzl aren’t far either.
Zu mir meiner Mitbewohnerin:
Ivana, 22 Jahre alt, kommt aus Kroatien und wohnt seit zwei Jahren in Wien. Sie macht eine Konditorei Lehre. Sie ist eine ruhige und sehr nette Person, für mich persönlich eine perfekte Mitbewohnerin.
Wichtig ist für uns, dass du nach 22 Uhr nicht laut bist (wegen den Nachbarn), dass du nach dir aufräumst und dass die Wohnung regelmäßig geputzt wird.

A bit about my roommate:
Ivana, 22 yo, is from Croatia and has been in Vienna for two years. She's studying to become a pastry cook. She's a calm and very nice person, the perfect rommate in my opinion.
The important thing for us is that you’re not loud after 10pm (because of the neighbors), that you clean up after yourself, and that the apartment is cleaned regularly.
Das Zimmer kostet 370€/Monat kalt.
Nebenkosten werden alle 3 Monate gezahlt, es sind also 44€ im Monat/Person, bzw. 264€/Person alle 3 Monate. Das Internet kostet 13€/Person im Monat.
Es gibt keine Ablöse.
Kautionshinweis: 1.750€.

The monthly rent for the room is 370€.
Additionally, the internet is 13€.
We also pay 264€ for gas, water and such every 3 months. Which means 132€ per person. Which means 44€ monthly.
So the whole thing adds up to a monthly cost of 427€.
The deposit is 1.750€.
