Servus liebe WG-Suchende! Da ich bald ausziehe, suche ich jemanden, der mein Zimmer übernehmen würde.
Geräumiges Zimmer in einer 2er WG, auch im Winter sehr hell (Fenster in Richtung Südwest). Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert vergeben (Bett, Kommode und Tisch bleiben im Zimmer, €250 Ablöse. Die Pflanzen bleiben leider nicht). In der Wohnung befinden sich auch eine geräumige Küche (Tisch, Gerschirrspüler, Waschmaschine) und Bad mit Wanne.
Das Zimmer kostet 340€/Monat kalt.
Nebenkosten werden alle 3 Monate gezahlt, es sind also 44€ im Monat/Person, bzw. 264€/Person alle 3 Monate. Das Internet kostet 13€/Person im Monat. Kautionshinweis: 1.750€.
Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Döbling, in unmittelbarer Nähe von der Spittelau (optimale Verkehrsanbindung - U4, U6, D, 37A, S-Bahn). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Donaukanal und Gürtel sind in 5 min erreichbar. Weiters sind Türkenschanzpark, Kahlenberg und Cobenzl für alle Naturliebhaber auch nicht weit entfernt.
WG-Leben
Zu deiner neuen Mitbewohnerin:
Sasha, 22, Studentin, in Kiew aufgewachsen, seit 2015 in Österreich. In ihrer Freizeit treibt sie gerne Sport, geht skateboarden, spielt Gitarre, schaut Filme/Serien und trifft sich mit Freunden. Sie ist sehr kommunikativ und sozial, man kriegt sie also nicht nur als Mitbewohnerin, sondern auch als eine Freundin! Ihr könnt gerne gemeinsam kochen, einkaufen gehen oder was anderes unternehmen. Wenn du aber deine Ruhe brauchst, kriegst du die natürlich auch. Gäste hat sie in der Wohnung selten. Wichtig ist für sie, dass du nach 22 Uhr nicht laut bist (wegen den Nachbarn), dass du nach dir aufräumst und dass ihr die Wohnung regelmäßig putzt.

Hello everyone! Since I'm moving out soon, I am looking for someone to take my room.
Room and Apartment
Spacious room in a 2-bedroom apt. Southwest facing windows allow the room to be filled with light even in the winter. The room is semi-furnished (bed, dresser and desk are staying in the room, €250 fee. The plants need to go unfortunately). The apartment also consists of a spacious kitchen with a table, chairs, washing machine and dishwasher as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a corridor.
Location
The apartment building is located in the 19th district, Döbling and is 4 min away by foot from Spittelau (U4, U6, D tram, 37A bus, S-Bahn - regional trains).
Grocery stores, Donaukanal and the bar/club street Gürtel are just 5 min away. If you like to be in nature places like Türkenschanzpark, Kahlenberg and Cobenzl aren’t far either.
WG-Life
A bit about your future roommate:
Sasha, 22 yo, student, originally from Kiev but has been in Austria since 2015. In her free time she likes to work out, skateboard, play guitar, watch movies/tv shows and hang out with friends. She's a very social person and if you want your roomie to also be your friend, she's up for that. You can cook together, go shopping or just hang out. And if you need alone time, she won’t bother you. When it comes to her friends, they don’t come over often. The important thing for her is that you’re not loud after 10pm (because of the neighbors), that you clean up after yourself, and that you clean the apartment regularly.
The monthly rent for the room is 353€, 13€ of which are for the internet. We also pay 264€ for gas, water and such every 3 months, which means 44€ per month per person.
The deposit is 1.750€.
