Da ich aus meiner Zimmer bald auszieht, sucht meine Mitbewohnerin einen neuen Mitbewohner/eine neue Mitbewohnerin.

Geräumiges Zimmer in einer 2er WG, auch im Winter sehr hell (Fenster in Richtung Südwest).
Das Zimmer wird komplett möbliert übergeben werden, für was ich eine kleine Ablöse in der Höhe von 300€ verlangen werde.
Die Sofa ist ausziehbar!
In der Wohnung befinden sich auch eine geräumige Küche (Tisch, Gerschirrspüler, Waschmaschine) und Bad mit Wanne.

Since I will be moving out my roommate is looking for someone new to live with.
Room and Apartment
Spacious room in a 2-bedroom apt. Southwest facing windows allow the room to be filled with light even in winter.
I am leaving the room as it is, with all the furniture in it and will be asking 300€ for it.
The Couch is a pull out! Max. 3 people can easily sleep on it!
The apartment also consists of a spacious kitchen with a table, chairs, washing machine and dishwasher as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a corridor.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Döbling, in unmittelbarer Nähe von der Spittelau (optimale Verkehrsanbindung - U4, U6, D, 37A, S-Bahn).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Donaukanal und Gürtel sind in 5 min erreichbar. Weiters sind Türkenschanzpark, Kahlenberg und Cobenzl für alle Naturliebhaber auch nicht weit entfernt.

The apartment building is located in the 19th district, Döbling and is 4 min away by foot from Spittelau (U4, U6, D tram, 37A bus, S-Bahn - regional trains).
Grocery stores, Donaukanal and the bar/club street Gürtel are just 5 min away. If you like to be in nature places like Türkenschanzpark, Kahlenberg and Cobenzl aren’t far either.

Die Sasha kommt aus der Ukraine, ist 25 J; arbeitet unter die Woche und ist daheim meistens am Abend und eben Wochenendes. Sie ist eine offene Person und ein gutes Zusammenleben ist Ihr sehr wichtig. Sie mag kochen, fortgehen, sie ist für jeden spaß dabei.
A little bit about Sasha, your future roommate:
Sasha comes from Ukraine and is 25 yo. She works during the week and is in the evenings at home. She is a really open and communicative person and it is important for her, to have good connection and communication with her roommate. She loves to cook, go out and just enjoy her life.
Das Zimmer kostet 345€/Monat kalt.
Nebenkosten werden alle 3 Monate gezahlt, es sind also ca.103€ im Monat/Person, bzw. 310€/Person alle 3 Monate. Das Internet kostet 13€/Person im Monat.
Ablöse beträgt 300€.
Kautionshinweis: 1.750€.
Im Zimmer bleibt ALLES.
