I'm looking for a flatmate to join in my apartment located right between the 9th and the 19th district (literally, one side of the street is in the 9th, the other in the 19th). I'm French and speak English, learning German too!
Altbau / 2nd floor (with elevator) / 65m2 / 2 big bedrooms (the 22m2 one would be yours) / Furnished kitchen / Separate bathroom and toilets / hallway.
Your room is already furnished with essentials I bought myself and I'm eager to see how you'll make it your home/own ☺️ (the second mattress in the picture is gone)
Deposit is 2 months, monthly rent is 550 euros (including hot water, electricity, washing machine, toilet paper, washing machine detergent, fast wifi 150mb/s, etc.)
