Dear students,
From now onwards there are three rooms availbale in a newly renovated and furnished students´ flat (students only).
The apartment is in Pokornygasse. Tram 37 station Pokornygasse and Döblinger Hauptstraße with supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants are around the corner. U4/U6 Metrostation Spittelau is a 10 minutes walk, tram D station Rampengasse 5 minutes walk away.
In total there are 3 sleeping rooms, one is 7m2 (350,-), one 19m2 (550,-), and another one 19m2 with a 8m2 terrace facing a green patio (600,-) ; a shared kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. The rooms are furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair, the kitchen is basically equipped. The rent is all included (furnished, internet, electricy up to certain amount). There is a dishwasher and a washingmachine. The deposit is two months´rent. The 3 years contract can be cancelled by the end of february, august and september with a 2 months notice, after a 12 months rent. if u want to move out earlier, itwould be ur responsability to find a suitable person (student) taking over the room. A room can also be used as a couple for a surcharge of 50,-.
No smoking in the flat, no pets, no subletting.
Until the rooms are not rented longer term, they might also be rented for shorter periods.
