Du brauchst ein Zimmer? WIR HABEN ZWEI
Nr. 1 (links oben am Plan): 22 qm, ca. 610€. Das Zimmer geht auf die relativ ruhige Hardtgasse hinaus, und hat ein großes Fenster, durch das viel Licht ins Zimmer kommt. Die 22 qm bieten viel Raum für Kreativität, Gemütlichkeit und Wohlfühlen.
Nr 2: 16 qm, 510 €. Das Zimmer schaut auf das Nachbarhaus hinaus, hat aber trotzdem vor allem am Vormittag viel natürliches Licht.
Nr 3: 18 qm, 540 €. Das Zimmer schaut auf das Nachbarhaus hinaus, ist also nicht das hellste, dafür schön geräumig.
Das sind drei Zimmer, stimmt schon, aber nur zwei davon wollen wir vermieten.

Wie du auch am Plan sehen kannst gibt es vieeeel Gemeinschaftsfläche, neben einem riesigen Wohnzimmer, einem Wäschezimmer, einer Garderobe, und einer schönen große Küche gibt es auch sonst noch freie Zimmer, die wir gemeinsam mir dir gerne gestalten würden!
ACHTUNG: Die Fotos zeigen die Wohnung noch während der Renovierungsarbeiten, es wird vor unserem Einzug also auch noch ausgemalt + teilweise die Böden neu gemacht. Trotzdem werden wir auch noch Arbeit reinstecken müssen, gerade sind wir am Küche Planen. Wenn du also ein(e) Bastler(in) bist oder sonst motiviert mit uns gemeinsam einen schönen gemeinschaftlichen Raum zu gestalten gibts natürlich Pluspunkte!

Nr. 1 (upper left on the plan ): 23 sqm, ca. 610€. The room goes out tp the quite Hardtgasse and has plenty of light.
Nr 2: 16 sqm, ca. 510 €. The room goes out the house next door but still has plenty of light, especially in the morning.
Nr 3: 18 sqm, ca. 540 €. The room goes out the the house next door and isn't the lightest, but nice and big.

As you can see on the plan there's a looot of shared space, next to a huge living room, a washing room, a wardrobe and a big kitchen there are still some free rooms which we would like to find uses for together!
IMPORTANT: The fotos show the flat during the renovation, before we move in it is going to be painted and with new floors. Still, we will need to put in some work, right now we're busy planning the kitchen. So if you know how to build stuff or are motivated to shape a safe and commonly owned space with us, that's extra points!
Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein. Gleich bei Spittelau ist mensch mit den Öffis top angebunden, mit dem Rad sofort am Donaukanal oder auf der Insel, die Stadt dauert's auch nur 10 Minuten. Die Boku ist praktisch in der selben Straße.
Bipa, Billa und DM gibt es um die Ecke, und zum Währinger Park geht man keine 10 Minuten.

The location couldn't be better. Right by Spittelau, the flat is well connected to public transport. By bike you're at Donaukanal in a couple of minutes, Donauinsel and the city center are also not far away. There are Bipa, Billa and DM right around the corner, and the walk to the nearest Park is under 10 minutes.
Dine zukünftigen Mitbewohner:innen sind Sam, Eugénie, Bat, Caddie, Ivana und Marie.
Sam ist in vielen Vereinen und Kulturprojekten involviert. Spielt wilde Italo-Disco Sets auf Parties und radelt überall hin, unabhängig von Distanz und Wetterlage. Liest gern Zeitung in der Früh, ist umweltbewusst, und immer offen für Konversationen aller art. Liebt Kultfilme und Sachen basteln.
Eugenie macht gerade ihren Master in Art&Science (?) fertig, hat einen Teilzeitjob und studiert manchmal Physik. Obwohl sie viel unterwegs ist hat sie immer ein offenes Ohr für (dein) Tagesgeschehen, oder zum diskutieren aller möglichen Themen. Glücklichzumachen mit bunten Salaten und guten Filmen.
Bat studiert Landschaftsplanung auf der Boku. Bat ist der extravaganteste Koch der WG und immer motiviert für ein Glas guten Rotwein und Scherze in der Küche. Aufzufinden beim Modellbau, beim Arbeiten beim Tüwi oder antanzend mit irgendeiner verrückten Idee. Glücklichzumachen mit fluffigem Reis oder supergesunden Smoothies.
Ivana/Yves studiert soziale Arbeit und arbeitet auch in diesem Feld als Betreuerin von obdachlosen Menschen. Ist involviert in Projekten so wie Flinta*s Empowerment in der Kultur- und Clubszene und manchmal legt auf gerne laute und schnelle Musik. Immer motiviert für Kino, vintage Shopping und gute Parties.
Cathérine studiert auch Landschaftsplanung. Kann eine Mahlzeit aus allem oder nichts produzieren, und sich deine existenziellen Probleme anhören, solange wie nötig. Wenn sie gerade nicht mit dem geteilten Van Vernon in der Weltgeschichte herumdüst bastelt sie gerne Schmuck und schaut Trash-TV. Sie ist auch die liebste und süßeste Bartenderin im Club U.
Marie studiert Medizin. Obwohl das manchmal anstrengend sein kann findet sie immer Zeit nach uns zu schauen und viel Liebe und Wärme um sich zu verteilen. Marie ist auch in awareness work involviert, trägt gern Glitzer und macht die schönsten Dekos bei WG-Parties. Im Sommer ist die oft am Reisen, Surfen oder Klettert.
Wir sind definitv keine Zweck-WG. Gekocht wird meistens gemeinsam und grundsätzlich vegetarisch oder vegan, wir teilen uns unsere Lebensmittel. Dafür zahlen wir 150€ monatlich auf ein Konto, mit dem wir dann unsere WG-Einkäufe erledigen. Das sollte für dich in Ordnung sein. Gundsätzlich übernehmen alle Verantwortungen in der WG (putzen, einkaufen, orga ...), wie diese aufgeteilt werden würden wir dann alle gemeinsam austüfteln.
Sonst verbringen wir alle gern Zeit miteinander, wie oben schon erwähnt sind Film- und/oder Trash-abende keine Seltenheit. Bei schönem Wetter ziehts uns auch zur Tischtennisplatte oder auf die Donauinsel.
Wir sind zwar schon am Pläne schmieden für unsere Einweihungsfeier, aber allgemein sind wir keine große Party WG, bei der jeden Abend irgendetwas los ist. Trotzdem sind bei uns alle (deine) Freunde natürlich willkommen.

Your future flatmates are Sam, Eugénie, Bat, Caddie, Ivana and Marie.
Sam – (he/him) is involved in many social and cultural projects. Plays crazy italo-disco sets at parties and rides his bike everywhere, no matter the distance or season. Likes to read the newspaper almost in every morning, environmentally conscious and you can also seek any type of conversation with him. Loves cult movies and building stuff.
Eugenie – (she/her) currently finishing her Masters in Art&Science, besides (sometimes) studying Physics and having a part-time job. Even though she’s often on the move she will always have an open ear to talk about your day or have discussions of any kind. You can make her happy with colorful salads and good movies.
Bat – studies landscape planning at Boku. Bat is the fanciest cook in the flat and always up for a glass of red wine and some giggling in the kitchen. You can find Bat building models, working at Tüwi or coming out with a crazy random idea. You can make Bat happy if you cook fluffy rice or make super healthy smoothies.
Ivana or Yves – (she/her) studies social work and works in the same field. Is involved currently in projects such as Flinta*s empowerment in the cultural and nightlife scene, and sometimes plays loud and fast music. Likes to go to the cinema, vintage shopping and almost always down for good parties.
Cathérine – (she/her) also studies landscape planning at Boku. She is a person who can cook a meal out of anything or nothing and listen to your existential problems for as long as it takes. If she's not off somewhere with the commonly owned van Vernon, she's making jewelry or watching trash tv. She is also the most sweet and cool bartender from Club U.
Marie – (she/her) is studying medicine. Although her studies can be exhausting, she always finds time to check on her flatmates and to spread love and good thoughts around her. Marie is also involved in awareness work and loves to wear glitter and to throw colorful WG parties. In summer you can find her often travelling somewhere, surfing or climbing.
We’re definitely not a Zweck-WG. We tend to cook together and mostly vegetarian and vegan. We share our groceries and for that pay 150 monthly into a shared account from which we do the shopping. This should be okay for you. Generally we all take responsibilities in the WG (cleaning, shopping, organizing, …), how these are distributed we’re going determine together.
We like to spend time with each other and have regular Movie- and Trash-nights together. If it’s nice outside we like to go play table tennis or to the Donauinsel.
Even though we’re already planning our Moving-in-Party, we’re generally not a big party-WG, where something is happening every evening. Still, all (of your) friends are of course welcome with us.
Wir mussten leider noch Maklerprovision bezhalen, wir haben diese jetzt auf die 8 Zimmer aufgeteilt, pro Zimmer 263 Euro. Im Idealfall zahlts du diese, zusammen mit der Kaution, gleich beim Einzug. Bei einem Treffen können wir da aber gerne noch genauer drüber reden.

Unfortunately we still had to pay Provision, which we split equally on all 8 rooms, 263 Euro per room. Ideally you pay this right when you move in. We ca talk about it when we meet!
