Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 qm groß, ist möbliert und schön grün, mit vielen Pflanzen. Es ist klein, aber groß genug um Yoga oder Sport zu machen. Durch das Fenster bekommst du Abendsonne und einen Blick auf die Weinberge. Sobald das Fenster offen ist weht immer ein leichter Wind, was es auch im Sommer angenehm macht.

The room has 12 m2, is completely furnished and has a lot of plants. It's small but still enough space to do yoga or sports. In the evenings the sun enters the room and you get a good view of the sunset behind Kahlenberg. There's always a fresh wind, when the window is open, making it easy to sleep even in the hot days.
The location between Augarten, Canal and Danube island is perfect in summer and within a few minutes you get a good swim. The flat is right next to U-Bahnhof Dresdner Straße and a 5 minutes walk to Traisengasse, making it easy to get around. All shops necessary for everyday life are around the corner.
Neben der Lage direkt an der Donau machen die Dachterasse und Wohnküche das Leben in der WG aus. Wir führen ein nettes WG Leben, trinken gerne einen Kaffee oder Essen zusammen, sind aber gerade jetzt im Sommer auch viel unterwegs. Wir arbeiten und sind deswegen am Abend oft früh im Bett, freuen uns aber über WG-Aktionen am Wochenende. Wir haben unterschiedliche Hobbies, wie Klettern, Kunst und Schreiben, auf dem Feld arbeiten (falls du Bock auf Gemüse hast bist du herzlich willkommen mitzuhelfen ;-) und gemeinsam Kaffee trinken.

Besides being close to the Danube, the roof top terrasse and the large common area are special for our flat. We have a nice form of livin together, like to share coffee or food, but are also a lot outside doing our thing during the summer. We all get up early for work, and tend to go to sleep early, but we like to meet on the weekends. Our hobbies range from climbing, doing arts and writing, working on the field (if you like vegetables and digging in the earth, go for it ;-) and having coffees and chats together.
Das Zimmer ist ab Mitte Juni bis Mitte September frei, aber die genauen Daten können wir uns ausmachen. Ich zahle monatlich inklusive Internet 450 €, falls dir das zu viel ist könnte ich aber auch etwas runter gehen. Meld dich einfach bei Fragen und schreib einen kleinen Text, wer du bist und was du dir vorstellst. Alles weitere können wir dann persönlich bequatschen. Wir freuen uns auf deine Nachricht!

The room is free approx from mid June to mid September, but we can chat about the exact dates. The cost all inclusive are 450 €/month but if that's too much for you I could imagine lowering it a bit. Write us with a little text about yourself and your expectations and we can talk about the rest.
