Ich (Peter) suche eine nette und umgängliche Person als neue:n Mitbewohner:in für ein schönes, ruhiges, helles Zimmer für knapp 500€ (inkl. Nebenkosten und Internet). Das früheste Einzugsdatum ist der 1. Juni und es ist generell unbefristet. Die Mietdauer ist aber auch flexibel möglich, je nach Absprache (mindestens bis Ende September).
Das Zimmer ist in einer Altbauwohnung mit Holzfußboden und zwei Fenstern zu einer Seitenstraße hin, daher ist es nachts auch sehr ruhig. Der braune Schrank gehört zum Inventar, du kannst ihn aber gerne benutzen. Das Zimmer wird ansonsten unmöbliert vermietet. Es gibt eine Matratze, die du nutzen könntest, allerdings kein Bett (das auf dem Foto gezeigte gehört nicht dazu).
Die Küche hat eine Grundausstattung und viel Platz. Das Bad ist relativ klein, aber gut geschnitten und angenehm (hat ein Fenster zum Lüften).
Die WG hat 2 Zimmer, die praktisch gleich groß sind und beide zur Küche hin führen, ist daher gut als WG geeignet.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, die außerhalb der WG in einem Abstellzimmer steht und damit auch nie zu hören ist (nachts waschen welcome).

I (Peter) am looking for a friendly and sociable person as a new roommate for a nice, quiet, bright room for just under €500 (including utilities and internet). The move-in date is June 1st, and it is generally indefinite. However, the rental duration is also flexible, depending on the agreement (but at least until the end of September).
The room is in an old building apartment with wooden floors and two windows facing a side street, so it is very quiet at night. The brown wardrobe is part of the furnishings, but you are welcome to use it. Otherwise, the room is rented unfurnished. Unfortunately, there is no bed (the one shown in the photo is not included), but there is a mattress you can use.
The kitchen has basic equipment and plenty of space. The bathroom is quite small but well laid out and pleasant (has a window for ventilation).
The apartment has 2 rooms, which are practically the same size and both lead into the kitchen, making it well-suited for shared living.
There is a washing machine located outside the apartment in a storage room, so it is never heard (washing at night is welcome).
Die Lage ist super, direkt an der Tram 5 und 33, sowie ca. 8 Minuten Fußweg zur U4 Friedensbrücke. Damit kommt man schnell ins Zentrum und ganz Wien. Der Donaukanal ist ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Augarten ist eine Gehminute entfernt ein wunderbarer Park zum Spazierengehen, Joggen oder Entspannen. Dazu ist der Wallensteinplatz um die Ecke mit vielen Bars, Cafés etc, genauso der Hannovermarkt und die Boulderbar. Die WG liegt in einer Seitenstraße und ist damit trotzdem sehr ruhig.

The location is superb, right by tram lines 5 and 33, and it is about an 8-minute walk to U4 Friedensbrücke. This allows for quick access to the city center and all of Vienna. The Danube Canal is also only a 10-minute walk away. The Augarten, a wonderful park for walking, jogging, or relaxing, is just a minute away. Additionally, Wallensteinplatz is around the corner with many bars, cafes, etc., as well as the Hannovermarkt and the Boulderbar. Despite being in a side street, the apartment is still very quiet.
Ich tausche mich gerne mit meinen Mitbewohnern aus, koche zusammen oder wir tauschen uns bei einem Glas Wein oder ein Bier aus. Daher suche ich jemanden, der/die unkompliziert ist und gerne mit anderen zusammenlebt. Es ist keine ZweckWG.
Ich (33) komme aus Norddeutschland, mache meinen PhD an der Universität (mdw) im Bereich Ethnomusicology und verbringe daher viel Zeit mit meiner Arbeit und mit Musik. Ich spiele auch zu Hause, daher solltest du keine Probleme damit haben, wenn ~1 Stunde am Tag Musik gemacht wird. Ansonsten schaue ich gerne Filme, gehe Bouldern, in Bars, Clubs oder einfach neues ausprobieren.
Da die Küche keine Spülmaschine hat, wäre es gut, wenn du einigermaßen ordentlich bist, und WG-Erfahrung mitbringst.

I (33) am from Northern Germany, pursuing my PhD at the University (mdw) in the field of Ethnomusicology, so I spend a lot of time with my work and music. I also play music at home, so you shouldn't have any issues if about ~1 hour of music is played per day. Otherwise, I enjoy watching movies, going bouldering, to bars, clubs, or simply trying out new things.
Since the kitchen doesn't have a dishwasher, you should be reasonably tidy and have experience living in shared accommodations.
I enjoy interacting with my roommates, cooking together, or exchanging thoughts over a glass of wine or beer. Therefore, I'm looking for someone who is uncomplicated and enjoys living with others. It's not a strictly utilitarian shared apartment.
Schreibe etwas über dich! Online Besichtigungen gehen prinzipiell, aber da es eine 2er WG ist, würde ich bevorzugen, wenn du persönlich vorbeikommst und dir das Zimmer und die WG auch anschauen kannst.

Write something about yourself! Online viewings are possible in principle, but since it's a two-person flatshare, I would prefer if you could come in person to see the room and the apartment.
