Hallo liebe WG-Suchende!
Hier in einem schönen 2-stöckigen Gebäude wird ein 16 m2 WG-Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer kostet mit allem drum und dran 406€. Das Doppelbett mit zwei separaten Matratzen (mit Bettlaken und 2x Polster), sowie ein großer Kleiderkasten, ein Regal mit Schubladen und Glastüren, sowie Vorhänge (bei Bedarf) bleiben im Zimmer, also perfekt für einen schnellen und sorgenlosen Umzug. Eine große Kreidetafel an der Wand ist auch vorhanden, welche kreativ gestaltet werden möchte!
Die Wohnung (insgesamt 162 m2) ist mit einem stattlichen Wohnzimmer ausgestattet, wo Sofa, Sessel und Esstisch zum Entspannen einladen. Sobald man durch die Wohnungstür tritt, steht man quasi im Wohnzimmer, welches direkt an die offene Küche angrenzt, wo viel Platz zum kochen ist. Für die Wohnungseinrichtung, Möbel und Küchengeräte gibt es keine Ablöse!
Ein großer Pluspunkt ist, dass man hier auch mal laute Musik aufdrehen kann, weil im ganzen Gebäude nur WGs wohnen!

Hello WG-seeking people!
Here is a beautiful 2-floor building apartment, with a free and furnished room pf 16m2, ready to be rented from you. The all-in-all rent is 406€. A double bed with 2x separate mattresses, a big wardrobe, a shelf with drawers and glass doors, as well as curtains (if needed) remain in the room, so perfect for a quick and carefree moving.
The apartment is also equipped with a large living room, that you enter as soon as you come through the front door. This living room opens directly into an open kitchen area, where there is plenty of space to cook and bake!
Another big plus is, that you can turn up the music here, because there are just other WGs living in the building!
Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft, direkt an der Klosterneuburgerstraße. Die öffentlichen Anbindungen könnten nicht besser sein:
U4 Friedensbrücke (ca. 7 min Fußweg)
U6 Jägerstraße (ca. 10 min Fußweg)
Tram 5 (ca. 5 min Fußweg)
Tram 31 (direkt vor der Haustüre)
Der wunderschöne Donaukanal mit Radwegen befindet sich nur 5 Minuten entfernt von der Wohnung! Perfekt für alle, die gerne Fahrradfahren, laufen gehen, spazieren gehen etc.
Der beliebte Hannovermarkt ist 5 min Fußweg entfernt, wo man frische Lebensmittel zu günstigen Preisen kaufen kann.
Auf die Donauinsel sind es mit dem Rad ungefähr 10 Minuten. Weitere Grünflächen in der Nähe sind der Augarten im 2. Bezirk (ca. 10 Min Fußweg oder 1x Tramhaltestelle).
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Billa, Hofer, Ströck, Etsan, dm, Libro, Bipa, Lidl, Penny etc. Überhaupt ist die Gegend mit Restaurants verschiedener Nationalitäten, Bars, Cafés und Bäckereien sehr gut ausgestattet.

The location is pretty good, right on the Klosterneuburgerstraße, very well connected to:
U4 Friedensbrücke (approx. 7 min walking distance)
U6 Jägerstraße (approx. 10 min walking distance)
5 Tram (approx. 5 min walking distance)
31 tram (right in front of the apartment building)
Within 5 minutes walking distance you are at the beautiful danube canal. It’s perfect for taking a bike tour, go for a run or just enjoy a nice walk.
The quite beloved Hannovermarket is within 5 min walking distance; there you can buy good fresh food for cheap prices.
The danube island you reach in about 10 min by bike. Other green spaces in the near area is the Augarden in 2. district (approx. 10 min walking distance or 1x tram station away)
In the nearest area, you find different supermarkets and shop for your daily life, like Billa, Hofer, Ströck, Etsan, dm, Libro, Bipa, Lidl, Penny etc.
In this area you find restaurants from different nationalities, bars, Cafés and bakeries.
Das WG-Leben ist gerade sehr im Wandel, da auch mein Mitbewohner Dario (Hauptmieter) demnächst ein neues Zuhause umziehen wird. Somit könntest du frei mitentscheiden, wer dein neuer Mitbewohner/in sein wird!
In der WG bleiben:
Bea (aus Italien, studiert Fotografie an der Angewandten und hat ihren Phd in Mathematik gemacht)
Ece (Kunststudentin und gelernte Köchin aus Istanbul), sowie ihre beiden Katzen Mantar und Cashew. Es ist sehr wichtig, dass du Katzen magst und gerne mit Ihnen zusammenleben möchtest.
Unser Zwischenmieter Samuel (TU-Student aus Bayern), welcher gerade in Franziskas Zimmer wohnt, ist für seine Masterarbeit nach Wien gekommen und wird im Sommer umziehen. Samuel unterhält sich gerne und ist immer offen für ein nettes Gespräch und auch, Zeit gemeinsam zu verbringen.
Ab Sommer wird Franziska (Journalistin aus Wien, gerade im Ausland), wahrscheinlich wieder zurück in die WG kommen (ist aber noch nicht fix).
Wir sprechen meistens Englisch in der Wohnung, aber Deutsch natürlich auch.

Staying in the WG:
Bea (from Italy, is currently studying photography at the Angewandte and did her PhD in mathematics in Vienna)
Ece (art student and experienced cook from Istanbul), as well as her cats Mantar and Cashew. It’s very important for Ece, that you like to live with cats.
Our short term-tenant Samuel (TU-student from Bavaria), who is now living in Franziskas room, came to Vienna to write his master thesis, so he is leaving Vienna in summer. Samuel likes to socialise and is always up for a nice chat and spending time together cooking or having a meal.
Our flatmate Franziska (journalist from Vienna, currently abroad), will probably move back into her room (but an update is following).
We mostly speak English in the apartment, but German is also welcome.
