Ich bin selten da und suche deshalb jemanden für ein Kabinett eine Bewohnerin. Mein Zimmer wird dadurch zum
Durchgangszimmer und kann, wenn ich nicht da bin auch genutzt werden. (Aus dem Grund ist es mir auch lieber, eine Frau da zu haben)
Du kannst gern Dinge ändern im Zimmer
Unser anderer Mitbewohner ist Chris, Architekturstudent, aus Bulgarien, kann sehr gut Deutsch, versucht gerade sein Studium zu Ende zu bringen. Er freut sich immer wieder über Gesellschaft und stellt gern seine Couch zum Abhängen zur Verfügung.
Der Innenhof ist nicht der größte, aber es gibt Platz für Fahrräder und eine kleine Sitzecke und Pflanzen
Was Strom/Gas kosten betrifft, ist es momentan schwer vorauszusagen, momentan sind es 45€ pro Monat für dich
Internet haben wir keines in der Wohnung, benutzen das von der Nachbarin mit, das wären dann 10€ im Monat extra wenn du es mitnutzen willst

Since I’m not often home, and planning on travelling and or working somewhere for winter season, I’m looking for someone to take a room where you will have to go through my room to get there. (That’s why I feel more comfortable with having a female flatmate)
You can change things in the room
You are welcome to use my room when I’m not there. You Share the flat with a very nice 29 year old architecture student (male) originally from Bulgaria, speaking excellent German! He s happy to share his couch to hang out and talk about whatever or watch some nerdy series together. If you need help with anything he is (almost) always happy to help :)
Its very nice especially in Summer cause it s only 10 to 15 min by bike or tram to the closest and nice danube Spot to take a swim on hot days, or only few Minutes to donaukanal where you could also Jump into the water (even though few people do it,but its allowed). Augarten is also close, a nice park to relax a bit and read a book
About the energy costs it’s hard to tell at the moment, for now it’s 45€ per month extra for you but that could change and get more
We don’t have internet, using the neighbours, if you also want to share that would be ten extra euros per month!

Öffentlich sehr gut angebunden, U4 Friedensbrücke sehr nahe, U6 Jägerstraße unweit, 31er vor der Haustüre, 5er und 33er auch nicht weit, Bus 5A und 5B auch ganz nahe. Wallensteinplatz, Augarten, Donaukanal, Donauinsel, alles nicht weit und gut erreichbar!
metro and trams all very close by, close to the citycenter, also walking distance, danube island, donaukanal, augarten very close! shops, restaurants, fastfood stores, everything there!
