Von der Küche geht es direkt in den hellen Essbereich mit Esstisch, Eckbank und Stühlen. Daran schließt sich das Wohnzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch an.
Das Bad mit Außenfenster verfügt über eine Badewanne mit einer Glasaufsatzwand zum Duschen, einer geräumigen Badezimmermöbelwand und WC.
Alle Fenster haben neue Außenrollläden, wodurch die Wohnung im Sommer kühl bleibt und im Winter die wertvolle Heizwärme drinnen.
Eine Hauswaschmaschine befindet sich im Keller. Dort sind auch 2 Abteile für die Wohnung. Für das Abstellen von Fahrrädern gibt es Abstellplätze im Hof sowie einen Fahrradkeller.

The 3rd room of the flat is occupied by the current flatmate.
The 84 m² large and spacious flat is located in a side street with little traffic and is very bright due to the many windows. The spacious new fitted kitchen offers all household appliances. The kitchen leads directly into the bright dining area with dining table, corner bench and chairs. Adjacent is the living room with a sofa bed.
The bathroom with exterior window has a bathtub with a glass add-on wall for showering, a spacious bathroom wall and WC.
All windows have new external shutters, which keeps the flat cool in summer and the valuable heat inside in winter.
A washing machine is located in the basement. There are also 2 cellar compartments for the flat. There are parking spaces for bicycles in the courtyard and a bicycle cellar.
