12m^2 room, furnished plus an extra storage cabinet of 3m^2 with a cupboard; as well as more extra storage space for stuff in the pantry. The house has a big bicycle-room but we do NOT have a cellar or any big extra storage space.

Excellent connection to bike lanes... 10min walk until you can take a sunbath on the island in the river (Donauinsel)
Several fast food counters can be found in a 3min walking distance, on the way home from the trainstation you pass the foodcourt of a shopping mall...
I've been living in flat sharing communities for around 20 years now, which made me relaxed and easy going on one hand, but intolerant in some aspects of living together on the other hand. I can sync with almost every character, enjoy chatting together in the living room and love cooking (vegetarian) for everybody occasionally. If you are mature enough to understand how your actions affect others and are experienceed in living with others I am looking forward to meet you :)

work late, some days I have a lot of spare time. My biggest hobbis are playing boardgames, and spending time in the sun, swimming... so during winter mostly board and computer games. I cannot wait to go to the cinema again...

If you read through the announcement carefully you might already have a good impression if we are in sync, but some pros and no-goes in short I did not mention so far:
++ vegetarian (or vegan for that matter)
+ cinema/anime/movies/comics
++ boardgames
+ open minded/mature
- no drugs or regular consumption of alcohol
- no regular smoking
- no pets
The Rent - Includes everything from the rent, water, heating, internet (high speed)... and is upgradeable!
Since harmony is an important aspect of living together an agreement in which you pay more to not participate in chores like cleaning, is fine with me, as long as it is an agreement.
