Hi all,
my flatmate Kristina's 12m2 WG room is currently available and we're looking for somebody who'd like to take her room. She is moving to another room in our flat and her room is available immediately.
The apartment has 3 single rooms and is located in the 20th (1200) District, next to the Lorenz-Böhler Hospital; as you can see in the pics, there is a kitchen (all domestic appliances except the dishwasher are provided), a storage closet, a bathroom (with bathtub), a separate WC and 3 bedrooms; all bedrooms are accessible directly by the hallway.
Kristina's square shaped room is around 12m2 large. The rent for the room is 347 euros, all inclusive (heating, water, electricity and WiFi). The deposit is 1150 euros and 100 euros for the few pieces of furniture (all the furniture in the pics).
We painted the hallway, kitchen and Kristina's room last year.
Your stay should be at least a year, with chance to opt out anytime.

- The subway line U6 (Station Dresdner Straße) and the tram lines 2 and 5 are 200m away; directly in front of the door you can also find the urban
lines (S-bahn) S1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 80 (Station Traisengasse) and the buses 5A and 37A. The apartment is therefore extraordinarily well connected to every corner of the city: you can get to the city centre, university and malls in less than 10 minutes.
- Various supermarkets such as Billa, Merkur, Hofer and Lidl, as well as other kind of stores such as Bipa, pharmacies, several ATMs, tobacco shops and hairstylists are just 2 to 5 minutes on foot; though with the S-bahn you get to malls and other point of interest such as Handelskai, Praterstern and Wien Mitte-Landstraße in less than 2 mins. With the line S7 you're also connected directly to the airport, it only takes 20-30 mins from the the moment you step out of the house 😉
