Das Zimmer ist 18m² groß und liegt in einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstraße. In dem Zimmer befinden sich aktuell ein großer Kleiderschrank, ein Bett und ein Schreibtisch. Des Weiteren ist in Zimmer ein LAN-Anschluss vorhanden.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 84m² großen und geräumigen Wohnung, die aufgrund der vielen Fenster sehr hell ist. Weiters verfügt die Wohnung über eine neue Einbauküche, die genug Platz bietet, um sich kulinarisch auszutoben. Aus der Küche geht es direkt in das große Ess- und Wohnzimmer, welches neben einer Essecke auch eine Couch bietet.
Alle Fenster der Wohnung haben Außenrollläden, wodurch die Wohnung im Sommer kühl bleibt. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller. Für das Abstellen von Fahrrädern gibt es Abstellplätze im Hof sowie einen Fahrradkeller.
Des Weiteren sind zwei Kellerabteile verfügbar.

The room is 18m² in size and is located in a lightly trafficked side street. Currently, the room includes a large wardrobe, a bed, and a desk. Furthermore, there is a LAN connection direct at the desk.
The room is part of a spacious 87m² apartment, which is very bright due to the numerous windows. Additionally, the apartment has a new fitted kitchen that provides ample space for culinary activities. From the kitchen, you directly enter the large dining and living room, which includes a dining area as well as a couch.
All windows in the apartment have external blinds, which help keep the apartment cool in the summer. The washing machine is located in the basement. Bikes can be stored in the bicycle cellar as well as in the courtyard.

Within a few minutes' walk from the apartment, you can directly reach Hofer, Lidl, Billa, and Penny supermarkets. Additionally, there is a bakery just around the corner, which is open on Sundays as well.
Ich bin Tommi (sie/ihr), 25 Jahre alt und studiere an der TU Software Engineering im Master. Ich würde mich selbst als ruhig, gewissenhaft und offen beschreiben, wobei ich es gerne habe, wenn man sich am Abend mal zusammensetzt oder auch etwas gemeinsam unternimmt.
Zu mit zu sagen ist, dass ich trans 🏳️⚧️ bin. Dabei befinde ich mich gerade in der Transition und ich werde Anfang Juli mit der Hormontherapie starten.
Um Ausgleich von Studium zu erhalten, gehe ich gerne tanzen, aktuell besuche ich zwei USI-Kurse (Jazz Dance und Hip-Hop), habe aber schon mehrere Richtungen ausprobiert. Ansonsten unternehme ich in meiner Freizeit auch gerne was mit Freunden und im Sommer gehe ich öfters an die Alten Donau schwimmen. Manchmal findet man mich aber auch einen Abend auf der Couch, wenn aus einer Folge eine ganze Staffel wird.
Ich persönlich koche und backe gerne, bin daher auch öfters in der Küche anzutreffen. Ich freue mich auch auf mögliche gemeinsame Koch- und Filmabende.
Für mich ist ein gutes Zusammenleben und eine saubere Wohnung wichtig.

My name is Tommi (she/her), I am 25 years old, and I am currently studying Software Engineering at the Technical University (TU) in the Master's program. I would describe myself as calm, diligent, and open-minded. I enjoy spending evenings together or doing activities as a group. Aside from that, I would like to mention that I am currently questioning my gender.
I identify as trans 🏳️⚧️ and I am currently in the process of transitioning. I will start hormone therapy at the beginning of July.
To balance my studies, I enjoy dancing. Currently, I am taking two USI courses (Jazz Dance and Hip-Hop), but I have explored various dance styles in the past. In my free time, I also enjoy spending time with friends, and during the summer, I often go swimming at the Alte Donau. However, you might also find me spending an evening on the couch, turning one episode into an entire season.
Personally, I enjoy cooking and baking, so you will often find me in the kitchen. I'm also looking forward to possible shared cooking and movie nights.
Having a good living environment and maintaining a clean apartment are important to me.
Wohnungsbesichtigungen (auch gut zum persönlichen Kennenlernen) sind jederzeit möglich (vor Ort oder auch Online über Zoom).
