Da ich den Sommer über auf Reisen bin, vermiete ich zwischen ca Mitte Juni und Mitte September, mein wunderschönes WG Zimmer, die genauen Ein- und Auszugsdaten sind nach Absprache flexibel. Die Wohnung ist 100m2 groß und hat ein wunderschön helles Wohnzimmer und einen großen Balkon und die beiden ca 15m2 großen Zimmer, bieten Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet mit allem was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht und durch die Lage im grünen und Markisen am Balkon, bleibt sie auch an heißen Sommertagen angenehm kühl.
Since I'm traveling over the summer, I'm renting out my beautiful shared room between mid-June and mid-September. The exact move-in and move-out dates are flexible by arrangement. The apartment is 100m2 in size and has a beautifully bright living room and a large balcony and the two approximately 15m2 rooms offer opportunities for personal space. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need to feel comfortable and thanks to its location in the countryside and awnings on the balcony, it stays pleasantly cool even on hot summer days.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen - im Grünen aber trotzdem mit guter Anbindung zur Stadt. Am besten passt sie wohl zu jemanden der/die gerne draußen ist: im Grünen, in der Nähe von Marchfeldkanal, Bisamberg und Donauinsel, mit schönen Lauf-strecken und Badesee (Seeschlacht in Langenzersdorf) in der Nähe aber auch zum nächsten Supermarkt (Billa) oder Apotheke und zur Bim und Schnellbahn sind es auch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß und dann ist man in 15-20 Minuten im Zentrum Wiens.
The flat is perfectly located - in the green but still with good connections to the city. It is probably best suited to someone who likes to be outdoors: in the green, near the Marchfeld Canal, Bisamberg and Danube Island, with beautiful running routes and a bathing lake (Seeschlacht in Langenzersdorf) nearby, but also to the nearest supermarket (Billa) or pharmacy and to the tram and express train it is also only a few minutes walk and then you are in the centre of Vienna in 15-20 minutes.
Dein Mitbewohner ist Olivier, aus Frankreich. Er ist ein ruhiger, sauberer und rücksichtsvoller Mitbewohner. Er arbeitet Vollzeit und ist deshalb untertags meistens nicht zu Hause, am Wochenende oder abends freut er sich aber über gemeinsamen Frühstückskaffee oder ein Glas Wein. Er spricht fließend englisch und französisch und lernt gerade deutsch.
Your roommate is Olivier, from France. He is a quiet, clean and considerate roommate. He works full-time and is therefore usually not at home during the day, but on weekends or in the evenings he is happy to have breakfast coffee or a glass of wine together. He speaks fluent English and French and is currently learning German.
