Hallo!
Ich habe ein großes, günstiges Zimmer in bester Lage (Müllnergasse 33) von Anfang Juli bis Ende September zu vermieten (weil ich in dieser Zeit in Deutschland ein Praktikum machen werde). Eventuell könnt ihr auch gerne kürzer hier wohnen, sollte sich niemand für die ganzen 3 Monate finden.
Lage:
Das Zimmer in der Müllnergasse liegt nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß (oder 6 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn) von der Hauptuniversität und der Innenstadt entfernt. In 3 Minuten kommt ihr zum U-Bahnhof "Roßauer Lände".
Zimmer:
Das Zimmer hat etwa um die 35 Quadratmeter, und ist möbiliert mit Sitzecke, Sofa, Schrank
und Bett. Küche, Bad und Internet (und was man sonst noch so zum Leben braucht) sind vorhanden. Gern könntet ihr auch zu zweit hier wohnen, Platz ist genug. :)
Mitbewohnerin:
Nebenan wird Lea wohnen, die Germanistik studiert und immer angenehm, freundlich und ruhig ist.
Preis:
Es kostet insgesamt 330 € - darin ist schon alles (wie Strom oder Internet) inklusive.
Wie komme ich ans Zimmer:
Bitte eine SMS (!) schreiben, dann kannst du das Zimmer besichtigen. Ich würde euch gerne persönlich kennenlernen (deswegen ist leider ersteinmal kein Skype-Interview möglich).

I'm going to share my great, big and cheap room which is really close to the city center and the universities. You can stay from the beginning of Juli until the end of September. The price is 330 euros each month and everything you need to live (wifi, washing machine,...) is here. Please write me an SMS (!), and then you can have a look at it.
