Ich vermiete mein schönes 22 m^2 Zimmer im beliebten 9. Bezirk Wien Alsergrund von JANUAR - APRIL 2019. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, sehr hell und ruhig, da hofseitig gelegen. Neben einem Bett, Schrank, Tisch und Regal gibt es zudem ein bequemes Schlafsofa, das aufwandsfrei ausgezogen werden kann.
Die Küche kann mitbenutzt werden, Geschirr und anderes ist vorhanden, ebenso wie eine Waschmaschine.
Das Badezimmer ist vom WC getrennt und mit einer großen Badewanne ausgestattet (die natürlich ebenso die Funktion einer Dusche übernehmen kann, ganz nach Vorlieben).
Beautiful room from january – april 2019
Hello there 😊 I´m renting my beautiful room from January – April 2019. The flat is in the 9th district of Vienna and the transport connection couldn´t be better: The underground 4 and 6 can be reached in less than 5 minutes, also the tramway D, 37 and 38. The nightliner stops right in front of the house. Also every shop you´ll need is around the corner (supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist).
The room is in a nice flat (75 square meter) in which we (2 women, 1 man, between 23-27) live together. There is a lovely kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a separated toilet and a storage. Wifi and a washing machine are there aswell.
The rental price is 350 per month, if you would like to move in a little sooner or stay a little longer, that shouldn´t be a problem 😊
Die Lage könnte besser gar nicht sein. Zu Fuß erreicht man in 2min die U6 Station Nussdorferstraße und in 5min die U4 Station Spittelau. Die Straßenbahnen 37,38 und D sind ebenfalls zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Nightliner hält DIREKT vor der Haustür, sollte es abends mal später werden!
Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ideal, Hofer und Billa direkt in der Nähe, ebenso wie eine Apotheke, eine Tabaktrafik, usw.
Da die Wohnung direkt am Gürtel liegt (allerdings hofseitig ausgerichtet, und deswegen sehr ruhig ist), sind etliche Lokale und Clubs direkt in der Nähe und zu Fuß zu erreichen (Das Werk, Grelle Forelle, Loco, Rideclub usw.), ebenso wie zahlreiche Restaurants.
Bei schönem Wetter kann man gemütlich in den Währingerpark spazieren, der sehr nahe gelegen ist, ebenso wie an der Roßauer Lände an der Donau entlang.
Wir leben zu dritt in unserer schönen WG, machen auch gerne was zusammen, respektieren aber durchaus die Privatsphäre eines jeden. Respekt ist uns wichtig, ebenso wie gegenseitiges Verständnis.
Ich bin über Mail () immer zu erreichen und schreibe auch bald zurück, damit niemand tagelang auf eine Antwort warten muss :)
