Die Wohnung teilt sich wie folgt auf: Von der Haustür aus betritt man den kleinen Flur, gleich rechts von dir befindet sich das separate Klo. Ein paar Schritte geradeaus und du befindest dich in deinem Zimmer - es liegt Hof-innenseitig und hat eine große Fensterfront. Gehst du vom Flur aus nach links bist du in der Durchgangsküche, von der du gleich noch mal links ins Badezimmer mit der Badewanne kommst. Gehst du die Küche hindurch kommst du in das Wohnzimmer und von dort aus geht es zu deinem Mitbewohner.
Die Zimmer sind durch eine Flügeltür verbunden, diese ist aber verbaut und Schall-isoliert.
In deinem Zimmer ist ein großer, eingebauter Kleiderschrank. Wie du auf den Fotos siehst, ist ein Schreibtisch, ein Schränkchen, und ein Sessel vorhanden, die du gerne nutzen kannst. Das Bett ist nicht mehr brauchbar, deswegen wird es entfernt (es sei denn, du möchtest etwas damit anstellen), die Matratze ist noch gut und du kannst sie gern übernehmen. Wenn du die Möbel nicht übernehmen magst, ist das kein Problem. Sag uns das einfach :)
Du musst außerdem keinen Hausrat mitbringen, es ist alles da. Theoretisch kannst du einfach ankommen und es dir gemütlich machen.
Das Zimmer kostet mit allen Nebenkosten 490€.

The apartment is divided as follows: From the front door you enter the hallway, to the right of you is the separate toilet. A few steps straight ahead and you are in your room - it is on the inside of the courtyard and has a large window front. If you go to the left from the hallway, you will be in the walk-in kitchen, from which you will immediately come left into the bathroom with the bathtub. If you walk through the kitchen you come into the living room and from there it goes to your roommate.
The rooms are connected by a double door, but this is built in and soundproof.
There is a large built-in wardrobe in your room. As you can see in the photos, there is a desk, a cupboard, and an armchair that you are welcome to use. The bed isn't really usable anymore, so it will be removed (unless you want to do something with it), the mattress is still good and you are welcome to take it over. If you don't want to take over the furniture, that's no problem. Just tell us :)
You also do not have to bring household items, everything is there. In theory, you can just arrive and make yourself comfortable.
The room and all additional costs are € 490 in total.
Die Mariannengasse ist die letzte Straße des 9. Bezirks zum 8. parallel zu der Alser Straße. Direkt ums Eck ist ein Billa, innerhalb von 5 Minuten sind alle wichtigen Geschäfte der Alser Straße (Spar, DM, Libro etc.) zu erreichen.
Die U6 befindet sich ebenfalls 5 Gehminuten entfernt, die 5 und 33 Bim auch und die 43/44er fährt direkt ums Eck und ist in 2 Min zu erreichen. Und der 13A-Bus ist ebenfalls keine 5 Min entfernt.
Wer sich gerne im draußen aufhält wird den Campus lieben, dort ist man auch in circa 5 Minuten.

Dein Mitbewohner studiert Malerei an der Akademie der Bildenden Künste und ist ein netter, ruhiger Typ. Er arbeitet viel in seinem Zimmer oder ist im Atelier. Es wäre super, wenn du auch ruhig unterwegs wärst, zumindest zuhause :)

Your flatmate studies painting at the Academy of Fine Arts and is a calm, nice guy. He is working a lot at home or at his atelier. It would be great, if you'd also be rather calm, at least at home :)
Im Haus wohnen viele junge Leute und die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig und kulant, die Wohnung unter uns steht leer.
Es wäre super, wenn du mir in der Mail ein bisschen über dich erzählen könntest, sodass wir uns schon mal ein Bild machen können :)
