Straßenbahnlinien 5 und 33 befinden sich direkt vor der Haustüre, weitere Linien (37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 43 und 44) sind ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt, die U2-Station Schottentor und U6-Station Alser Straße sind per Straßenbahn oder in ca. 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Egal wohin du musst - eine gute, schnelle Anbindung ist in alle Richtungen gegeben. Eine City Bike Station befindet sich direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite.
Die Wohnung liegt gegenüber vom UniCampus (altes AKH), 10 Gehminuten oder einige Tramminuten von der Hauptuni entfernt nahe der Innenstadt von Wien. Auch zu Fuß ist also alles locker zu erreichen.

You can find the tram 5 and 33 right in front of the house; other trams (like 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 43 and 44) are reachable in 5 minutes walking time. The subway linie 2 and line 6 are 10 minutes walking time away or a few minutes by tram. No matter where you wanna go, there are good public transport connections. There is also a City Bike Station right in front of your flat,
The flat is located directly opposite the UniCampus, 10 minutes walking distance from university and near the inner city of Vienna, all reachable by foot or a few minutes with public transport.

Wir wohnen zu dritt in der Wohnung, jedoch ziehe ich mit Ende Mai aus und ein Zimmer wird frei. Deine beiden Mitbewohner Jakob und Philipp werden über den Sommer nicht viel hier sein aber werden immer wieder mal vorbeischauen. Jakob ist 21 Jahre alt, Jura-Student, kocht gerne, liebt gute Gespräche und ist freut sich immer über Gesellschaft. Philipp, auch 21, studiert Informatik, ist Experte im Thema Bars und Clubs und ist ein offener, unkomplizierter Mitbewohner.

We are three people living in the flat, but I will move into another flat with my girlfriend by the end of May. Therefore we've got a free room available. Your two flatmates Jakob and Philipp won't be there a lot but will pop in from time to time. Jakob, 21, studies law, loves to cook, enjoys good conversations and nice company. Philipp, 21 as well, is an IT-student, likes bars and pubs and is in generall a open-minded, easy-going flatmate.

Mein Zimmer ist von Anfang Juni bis Ende August zu vergeben, weil ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehe und ein anderer fixer Nachmieter erst ab September einziehen kann.
Wenn du dir die Wohnung ansehen und deine Mitbewohner kennenlernen möchtest, freuen wir uns wenn du mich kontaktierst und an einem der folgenden Terminen vorbeischaust, die wir noch ankündigen werden.
Falls du nicht persönlich vorbeikommen kannst, wäre ein Skype-Gespräch natürlich kein Problem.

My room is available from the beginning of June until the end of August, as an other new tenant will move in by the start of September.
