Da ich im Sommer mehrere Wochen nicht in Wien sein werde, biete ich mein helles, großes Zimmer im 9. Bezirk zur Zwischenmiete an. Der Zeitraum ist ungefähr auf die angegebenen fünf Wochen beschränkt, allerdings sollte es kein Problem sein, noch ein paar Tage davor oder danach dranzuhängen, falls unbedingt nötig.
Das Zimmer ist knapp 30cm2 groß und besitzt alles, was man zum Leben braucht: Doppelbett + Nachtkästchen, Schreibtischecke, Crosstrainer, Hometrainer, zwei Couches + Couchtisch, Fernseher, usw. Außerdem gibt es auch einen sehr großen Schrank, in dem ich dir etwas Stauraum frei machen würde.
Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung noch über eine voll möblierte Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, zwei Waschbecken, WC + Waschmaschine sowie einen größeren Vorraum.

Since I am going to travel from July 12th to August 14th, I am offering my bright, spacious room in the 9th district for interim rent. The period is limited to about these five weeks, but it should not be a problem to add a few days before or after, if necessary.
The room is almost 30cm2 large and has everything you need to live: double bed + bedside table, desk corner, crosstrainer, exercise bike, two couches + couch table, TV, etc. In addition, there is also a very large closet, in which you can use some shelves.
In addition, the apartment has a fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtube, two sinks, toilet + washing machine and there is also a large anterrom, in which we store our groceries, shoes, jackets, ... .
Die Wohnung liegt in perfekter Lage im 9. Bezirk in der Liechtensteinstraße. Die Straßenbahnlinien 37, 38, 40, 41 und 42 sind nur 3 Geminuten entfernt, die Busstation des 40A erreicht man innerhalb einer Minute und die U2-Station Schottentor ist in ungefähr 5 Gehminuten erreichbar (oder man fährt eine Station mit dem Bus). Es befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und man kann eigentlich alles, was das Herz begehrt, in kürzester Zeit besorgen.

The apartment is perfectly located in the 9th district in Liechtensteinstraße. The tram lines 37, 38, 40, 41 and 42 are only 3 minutes away, the bus station of the 40A can be reached within a minute and the subway station Schottentor can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot (or one stop by bus). There are numerous shops nearby and you can actually get everything your heart desires in very little time.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wird Kathrin sein, eine 25-jährige Studentin, die nebenbei berufstätig ist. Sie verbringt recht viel Zeit außerhab der Wohnung und wird möglicherweise immer wieder mal für ein paar Tage auch auf Urlaub sein. Wichtig ist ihr ein freundlicher Umgang miteinander sowie Verlässlichkeit.
