Das Zimmer ist groß, hell, vollmöbliert und durch die "Hochparterre"-Lage in den heißen Sommermonaten angenhem kühl. Die Fenster gehen zum Innenhof hinaus, sodass man mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Es stehen dir mein Bett 140x200, entsprechende Bettwäsche, ein Schreibtisch und zwei große Schubladen frei zur Verfügung.
Die restliche Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt.
Die Lage könnte eigentlich nicht besser sein. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 9. Bezirk und verfügt über perfekte öffentliche Anbindungen.
In nur 3-6 Min. Fußweg befinden sich Haltestellen der Straßenbahnen D, 37, 38 (mit denen man in 12. min bei der Hauptuni ist), sowie die U-Bahnen U6 Nussdorferstraße und U4 Spittelau und der 35A Bus. Auch verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie: Hofer, Billa, Apotheke, Spar, Bipa, Trafik und ganz wichtig der kurdische Supermarkt, der täglich bis Mitternacht, sowie sonntags geöffnet ist, sind ebenfalls in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wer Sonntags oder am späteren Abend noch mehr als ein paar Snacks einkaufen will kann natürlich auch zum ca. 13 Gehminuten entfernten Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof gehen und dort seine Besorgungen machen. Ein Geld- und Zigarettenautomat befinden sich gleich neben der Haustür.
Zum Donaukanal geht man ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten und kann dann gemächlich am Wasser entlangspazieren.
Ich würde im Falle auch mein Fahrrad für die Zeit mitvermieten, denn nichts ist schöner als im Sommer mit dem Rad durch die Stadt oder die Natur zu radeln; eine Möglichkeit, welche Wien mit einem guten Fahrradwegenetz bietet.
Du würdest mit Steffi (26, berufstätig aus Deutschland ) und zeitweise mit Lea (23, Germanistik BA aus Südtirol) zusammen leben. Beide sind aufgeschlossene und lustige Menschen, welche u.a. Privatsphäre und Sauberkeit schätzen und respektieren. Mit ihen würdest du dir Bad, Küche, Gang, Vorzimmer/Garderobe und WC teilen.
Ein freundlicher, entspannter und respektvoller Umgang sind uns in der WG sehr wichtig!
The room ist quite large, furnished und quiet with ample space to spread out, relax, read a book or catch the mornign sunshine. The windows are towards the north-side, so it is possible to leave the windows open at night.
There is a bed 140x200, a desk and a couch in the room, which are free to use. I will make you space in two big drawers under the bed.
The rest of the flat is also fully furnished and there is everything you can possibly wish for.
The flat is located quite centrally in the 9th distict and offers you a lot of public transport connections, which you can reach in 3-6 Min. footwalk. There are the trams: D, 37, 38 which will bring you to the University of Viena or city center in less than 20 Min. Or you can take the undergrounds U6 (Nussdorferstraße) or U4 (Spittelau) to go wherever you want in no time.
In the immediate vicinity are a lot of supermarkets, a pharmacy, a drug store, a tobacconist's and a bancomat. If you want to go for a walk i highly reconmmend to go to the Donaukanal, which happens to be only a few minutes away from the flat.
You would live with Steffi (26) from Germany, who already works in a laboratory and intermittenty with Lea (23) a BA in German philology from the north of Italy. Both know perfectly the English language as well as German. Lea also speaks Italian. Both are super easy to live with, very nice and funny people =)
Cleanliness and a respectfull atmosphere are very important in our shared living.
With the two girls you would share the bathroom, WC, kitchen, corridor and storage.
