Das Zimmer welches von 1.2.2019 bis 31.07.2019 beziehbar ist (aber man kann natürlich über alles sprechen :-)), hat etwa 20 Quadratmeter und wird möbliert übergeben. Drinnen bleiben alle Möbel, welche ihr auf den Bildern seht, nur meinen Schreibtisch werde ich leider mitnehmen.
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß (30m2) hell und in den ruhigen Innenhof gerichtet, wie man auf dem Bild sieht.
In der Wohnung gibt es neben einem großzügigem Vorzimmer mit Platz für Schuhen und Jacken auch eine getrennte Toilette und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. In unserer schönen gemeinsamen Küche haben wir alle notwendigen Utensilien, einen großen Kühlschrank und schönen Blick in die Innenstadt.

The room, which can be rented from 3rd February 2019 to 31st June 2019, has about 20 m². It is principally furnished as seen on the pictures, only the desk will be removed.
The room is bright and directed into the quiet inner yard. Furthermore there is a large hall with a lot of space for shoes and jackets, a seperate toilette and a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary stuff, a large fridge and a beautiful view onto the inner city.
Die Lage ist als hervorragend zu bezeichnen. Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön im Servitenviertel, einem der schönsten Viertel ganz Wiens. In etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man nicht nur die Innenstadt, sondern auch die Hauptuniversität.
Nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung ist die U4 Stadion Rossauer Lände entfernt. Innerhalb von 2 Stationen erreichst du den Schwedenplatz, das Herzen Wiens und kannst in viele andere Linien umsteigen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hast du im Überfluss wenige Gassen weiter (Supermärkte, Apotheke, Putzerei etc). Das Servitenviertel bietet außerdem viele gute Restaurants, Cafes und Bars.

The location is excellent. The apartment is beautifully located in the Servitenviertel, one of the most beautiful districts in Vienna. In about 10 minutes by foot you can reach not only the city center, but also the main university.
Just a few meters from the apartment is the U4 Stadion Rossauer Lände, which takes you in 2 station to the heart of Vienna, where you can change to many other lines.
You have shopping opportunities gallore a few streets further (supermarkets, pharmacy, cleaning etc). The Servitenviertel also has many good restaurants, cafes and bars.
Während der Zeit wird Jasmin, eine deutsche Erasmus-Studentin. die Medizin studiert mit dir in der Wohnung leben.
Sie freut sich wenn man mal gemeinsam kocht, plaudert oder auch gerne etwas unternimmt. Selbstverständlich braucht jeder aber auch Zeit für sich selbst. Was ich mir jedoch dringend von dir erwarte ist Sauberkeit in den gemeinsamen Räumlichkeiten und dass in der Wohnung nicht geraucht wird.
Besuch ist gerne willkommen und kann auch gerne übernachten.

While I am away, Jasmin, an Erasmus student from Germany, studing medicine, will be living with you in the apartment.
She is happy when you can cook, chat or even do something outdoor together.
What is really important for me is cleanliness in the common areas and that the apartment stays smokefree.
Visit from friends is welcome and they can also stay overnight. Especially during the weekdays I would ask, however, that amount of visits does not get out of hand.
In dem Preis von insgesamt 450 EUR ist alles inkludiert (Miete, Strom, Heizung, Internet)
Im Keller gibt es eine gemeinsame Waschmaschine, die günstig (ca. 50 Cent pro Waschgang) benutz werden kann.
