:) The room is 10m², facing to the courtyard and furnished with a desk, a chest of drawers and a bed. The apartment itself has one other bedroom, a fully furnished new kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a nice living room (furnished) and an anteroom which we use for storage! The appartment is situated on the 2th floor.
The apartment is ideally located at just 2 minutes from the S-Bahn station Handelskai and 5 minutes from the U6 Dresdner Straße. It is also very close (5 minutes by foot) to the Danube bank and the Donauinsel (so perfect for sports enthusiasts :) )
Two supermarkets are also really close - a Merkur is at 1 min and there's a Hofer at 10 min. Next to the Handelskai is also a daily market.
It is a shared apartment for 2 people. I'm 26 and I am studying International Business at the WU and History of Art at the University of Vienna - so I will be staying in Vienna for some time to come :) Normally I am living in the apartment with Marcus but he is currently living in London to do his Master's.
So we are looking for someone who is at the end of his/her studies or is working and would stay for the time Marcus is still in London :)
Concerning the date to move out: If you need to leave a little earlier or later - we are flexible there :)
