We have big room to rent in a shared flat with 3 other flatmates. The apartment is almost 130m² big and has been lately refreshed. It has 4 bedrooms, go-through living room, separate toilet and bathroom, big bright kitchen, balcony and a storage room, as well a bigger storage room in the basement. There is also a special space for the bicycles in the underground.
The room itself is 20m² big with a large window that is facing the south so it's very sunny. On the other side is a quiet side street. The room has also an exit to the 5m² big balcony. This is however in front of the windows from another room. That´s why we are looking for a nice considerate girl for this room. If you like the furniture in the photos you can have everything for 350€. There is also the possibility to buy single pieces. In that case, the price will be discussed in person.
The monthly price for the room includes the rent (380€) and the cost of electricity, internet, and household insurance (30€). Altogether 410€ per month.
1200€ are requested for the deposit
The flat has great location. In two minutes you are at the Danube Canal, in fact you can see it from the balcony as well. We can’t also complain about the public transport. U4 station Friedensbrücke is in 5 min by foot (few minutes metro ride takes you to the very city center), in 7 min you can reach U6 station Spittelau. 5 tram and 5B bus going to Praterstern stops in 3 min by foot from the flat, as well as 31 and 33 trams, going to Schottentor. .
In the area there is a lot of small shops. Hofer is in the next building, Penny, Billa, Bipa, DM, Libro are in 3-7 minutes walking distance, as well as Raiffeisen Bank, Bank Austria etc. The nature lovers will be very happy about Danube Canal and Augarten.
The flatshare is rather quiet. However, we like to spend time together we are rather busy during the week as we are all studying or working. At that moment, there are two guys and two girls in the flat and we would like to keep the balance. Your new flatmates were Davide, Sanki, and Marika. Davide is a paleontology graduate, who makes his internship at the Vienna University. Sanki is currently finishing his Ph.D. from Pharma Informatics at the same university. Marika is studying in master International Business Administration also at the Uni Wien. We are looking for a nice uncomplicated person, who likes cleanliness and would like to spend from time to time an evening with us, watching movies, cooking and so on.
Because we are all non-smokers we would be particularly happy about someone, who also don't smoke :)
