wir sind auf der Such nach einer/m ZwischenmieterIn für unser WG-Zimmer in zentraler, wunderdchöner Altbau-WG (eine WG-Kollegin) mit Blick auf den Donaukanal im 20.Bezirk (gleich anschließend an den 9. Bezirk) für September.
Das geräumige Schlafzimmer hat 21m2 und ist aufgrund der Größe ideal für 2 Personen (wir haben es als Paar genutzt). Für die 2 Monate wird alles möbliert übergeben (Bett, Tisch, Kasten, Couch, Nachkästchen, Lampen, Regal, etc.).
Insgesamt hat die ganze Wohnung 93 m2 mit einem großen, gemeinsam genutzten Wohnzimmer mit Erker, Kamin und Ausblick auf den Donaukanal. Die Schlafzimmer sind über das Wohnzimmer getrennt begehbar. Insgesamt beträgt der Preis pro Monat 590€ für das Zimmer und den gemeinsam genützten Räumen. Sind es also 2 Personen dann 295€/Person (inkl. Strom, Gas, Versicherung, Internet -also keine zusätzlichen Kosten). Im Zimmer steht ein Bett und eine Schlafcouch zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist über einem Lift erreichbar und befindet sich im 1.Stock.
Die nächst gelegenen öffentlichen Anbindungen sind: U4 Friedensbrücke & Straßenbahn 5, 33 (Friedensbrücke, 3 Gehminuten), Straßenbahn 31 (Klosterneuburgerstraße, 3 Gehminuten), Bus 5B (Gaußplatz, 5 Gehminuten), Franz-Josefs Bahnhof (5 Gehminuten). In das Zentrum, bspw. Stephansplatz/Schwedenplatz öffentlich in ca. 10Minuten, zu Fuß in etwa 15-20 Minuten erreichbar.
Unsere äußerst liebenswürdige, offene und hilfsbereite WG-Kollegin ist 28 Jahre alt, arbeitstätig und im Zusammenleben sehr unkompliziert.

We are subleasing our shared apartment (pre WWII residential building) in Vienna 1200 Brigittenau for september.
The very spacious 21m2 bedroom (ideal for 2 persons, we used it together as a couple) will be left ready-furnished (bed, wardrobe, couch, bed table, lamps, shelves, etc.).
Our apartment is roughly 93 m2 altogether with a shared oriel, chimney and view towards the Donaukanal. The bedrooms are accessible separately from each other. All in all the price per month for the room and shared living room, kitchen, etc. is 590€- so if there two person then 295€ for each (electricity, heating gas, insurance, internet, so no additional costs). In the room is a bed and a sleeping-couch. The apartment is accessible via elevator and is located on the first floor.
The closest public transports are: U4, tram 5 and 33 at Friedensbrücke station (2-3 minutes of walking), tram 31 (Klosterneuburger Straße, 3 minutes of walking), Bus 5b and Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof (both within 5 minutes). The center (Stephansplatz, Schwedensplatz, Rathausplatz, etc.) is reachable within 10 minutes via public transport.
Our very lovely, hospitable and open flatmate is 28 years old and very uncomplicated to live together with.
