7m² (2.40 x 2.90) großes Zimmer wird frei. Das Zimmer ist durch das große Fenster sehr hell und hat sehr hohe Decken. Ein Wandschrank und ein kleines Board über der Tür bleiben drinnen. Es ist hofseitig gelegen und daher sehr ruhig.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung mit einer Waschmaschine, zahlreichen Kaffeemaschinen und allem nötigen ausgestattet.
Die Miete beträgt 290€ und alles ist schon inkludiert (Internet, Wasser, Strom, Gas etc.)
Kaution sind 500€ und Ablöse 200€ und mit der ersten Monatsmiete zu zahlen.

The room is 7m² and very bright and quiet. It is unfurnished except of a cupboard already attached to the wall and a small board over the door.
The rent is 290€ all inclusive (including water, gas, internet etc.)
The deposit is 500€ and additionally, 200€ are asked for the recently held restoration, commonly bought furniture and the cupboards.

Die WG liegt im schönen 19. Bezirk, umgeben von vielen Parks. Nahe Türkenschanzpark, für BOKU Studenten also sehr gut geeignet.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, Billa, Merkur, Apotheken und BIPA in 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen; Hofer 10 Minuten entfernt.
Unmittelbare Verkehrsanbindung zu 35A, S45 im Bahnhof Krottenbachstraße und 40A zur Hauptuni. Zur Hauptuni benötigt man ca. 30 Minuten. Nachtbusse halten am Wochenende auch direkt vor der Tür! ;)
The appartment is in the 19th district, close to Türkenschanzpark and thus convenient for BOKU students. To reach the main uni, you need approximately 30 min. Supermarkets and pharmacies are close by (3-5 min distance).
The busses 35A and 40A are also close by, as well as the train station "Krottenbachstraße" where you can take S45.
Du würdest mit Julia und Oly, die beide aus Wien kommen, zusammenwohnen. Beide studieren und arbeiten nebenher und sind tagsüber viel unterwegs. Aber wenn es sich ergibt, sitzt man mal abends in der Küche und isst mit einem Gläschen Wien zusammen.

Your roommates would be Julia and Oly from Vienna. Both are studying and working and in general outside a lot. But if time allows, we sometimes have dinner together or a drink or two in the evenings.
