Ich suche eine(n) Mitbewohner(in) für eine schöne 62m2 Altbauwohnung in 1190.
Das Zimmer geht (wie meines auch) vom Wohnzimmer ab und misst 10m2. Ein großes Plus ist der Wandkasten, der viel Stauraum bietet. Eine Jalousie gibt es auch. Ich habe ein extra Bücherregal, das ich Dir gerne überlassen kann. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer nicht möbliert.

I am looking for a flatmate for my 62m2 apartment in the 19th district.
The room is small but cosy. Mine is just as big as the spare room and on the other side of the living room. The built-in cupboard (which my room has as well) is a big plus as it offers lots of storage space. The window has a sunblind. I can give you a bookshelf for your room, otherwise the room is not furnished (sorry!).
Das Haus ist sehr, sehr gut angebunden. Die Linien 38, 35A und 10A fahren direkt vor der Haustür weg.
Die U-Bahnlinien U4 (Spittelau) und U6 (Spittelau, Nußdorfer Straße) sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in ca. einer Viertel Stunde bei der Station Schottentor.
Eine Drogerie ist gegenüber, ein Supermarkt gleich nebenan.

Public transport is just nearby (U6 Nussdorfer Straße and U4/U6 Spittelau are at 5-10 min walking distance, tram line 38 stops in front of the house, as do buslines 35A and 10A), so it's easy to get around from here. You can get to Schottentor by tram in about 15 min.
A supermarket and a drug store are just across the street.
Ich bin 24 Jahre alt, komme ursprünglich aus Wien, war vier Jahre im Ausland und wohne seit letzten Herbst wieder hier. Wenn ich gerade keine Bücher für die Uni wälze (ich studiere Jus, also viele Seiten zu lesen ;)), dreh ich gerne eine Runde mit dem Rad. Tanzen oder auf Konzerte geh ich auch gerne. Sonst mag ich Hunde ich ein bisschen lieber als Katzen und Filme ein bisschen lieber als Serien. Aber es gibt natürlich tolle Katzen und Serien :)
Für mich passiert die action draußen, zuhause mag ich es eher ruhig. Mit meinem bisherigen Mitbewohner haben wir manchmal zusammen gekocht, würde mich freuen, wenn das wieder so wäre. Ich fände es schön, wenn Du Dich auch für die Wohnung und den Haushalt zuständig fühlst und wir uns ab und zu gemeinsam dafür Zeit nehmen.

I'm 24, and I'm from Vienna originally, but studied and lived abroad for 4 years. Last year I moved back here to finish my studies. When I'm not busy with coursework (I study law, so I usually have quite a bit of coursework), I like to take my bike out for a ride. I also like going dancing and going to concerts. I slightly prefer dogs over cats and movies over TV series. But there are great cats and TV series, of course :)
For me, the action happens outside; at home, I like my calm. With my former flatmate we used to make dinner sometimes, and I'd be happy to do that again. I'd like the new person to move to also feel responsible for what is happening in the house and I would like us to take time for the household tasks together.
