3er WG in Top Lage

Die Lage ist Top: 10. Bezirk Favoriten direkt bei der Favoritenstraße zwischen den U-Bahn-Stationen Keplerplatz und Reumannplatz. Mit der U1 oder dem 14A ist man in wenigen Minuten am Stephansplatz, Hauptbahnhof, Wienfluss oder auf der Mariahilferstraße.
Direkt vor der Haustür findest du zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie den Viktor-Adler-Markt, einen Billa, einen Bipa, einen Müller, sowie direkt unter der Wohnung einen Tschibo, falls mal der Kaffee ausgeht ist es also nicht weit.

Wir, Karo (18) und Michele (30) sind sehr offene und kommunikative Menschen, essen gerne zusammen eines von Micheles unglaublich guten Gerichten oder sitzen am Wochenende mit einem Bierchen zusammen auf der Couch, haben aber auch gerne mal ein bisschen Zeit allein im unseren Zimmern.
Als dritte, kleinere Mitbewohnerin gibt es noch Catniss, Karos Katze. Sie ist am Anfang etwas scheu, gewöhnt sich aber recht schnell an neue Leute und wird dann zur richtigen Schmusekatze.

Wir suchen jemandem, der ähnlich offen ist und gerne plaudert und, obwohl die Katze größten Teils in Karos Zimmer ist, keine Allergie gegen Katzenhaare hat.
Du solltest auf jeden Fall Deutsch oder Englisch relativ fließend sprechen können, denn wie wollen wir uns sonst unterhalten :D

Hi guys!

We are looking for a flatmate for our incomplete shared flat.

The free room measures about 12m2, is separated from the others and, because of the wide window bank, is also very bright. The monthly rent is 350€ and includes electricity, heating and WiFi. There is already some furniture in the room: a double bed, a desk and a shelf. For these there is a one-off payment of 300€. The deposit is 1320€, which you get back after you move out of course.
The Flat consist of a total of 3 bedrooms, a big hallway, an open kitchen, 2 Bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower a washing machine). And a separated toilet.

The location of the apartment is almost perfect: In the 10th district Favoriten directly at Favoritenstraße and between subway stations Reumannplatz and Keplerplatz. With the U1 or the 14A it only takes you a few minutes to Stephansplatz or Mariahilferstraße.
Right infront of the flat you can find countless possibilities to shop, such as the big Viktor-Adler-Markt, a Billa, Bipa and Müller.

We, Karo (18) and Michele (30), are very open-minded people and like the eat or chill together, but also give each other space.
As third and a little bit smaller roommate there is Catniss, Karo’s cat. She’s a little bit shy but gets used to new people quick.

We’re looking for someone who’s also open and communicative. Altough Catniss is mostly in Karo’s room, you shouldn’t be allergic to cats.
You should speak fluent German or English, so communication gets easier :D
