DE: Das Zimmer ist ab 22. Juli-31.August zu vergeben. Es ist allerdings möglich, Anfang September in ein anderes Zimmer umzuziehen, und einen weiteren Monat zu bleiben. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, aber mit schönen Vorhängen, einem Holzparkett und einem ganz alten Holz-Schreibtisch. Das Bett ist groß genug für zwei Leute. Bei Bedarf räume ich gern Platz im Regal für deine Sachen frei. Und das Beste: Das Zimmer hat eine große Tür zu unserem riesigen Balkon, der mit wundervollen Pflanzen bevölkert ist. Du bist dann richtig zur Tomatenzeit!! Es wäre schön, wenn du von Zeit zu Zeit die Pflanzen gießen könntest.
EN: The Room is for rent from 22.Juli until 31. August. But you can stay in another room from 1. September until 1. Oktober.
Its a light room with nice carpets, wooden floor and an old wooden desk. The bed is big enough for 2 people. I can make some space for your stuff in the shelves. And the best: The room has a big door to our huge balcony with a lot of plants!!! You will be there in tomato-season!!!! I would be grateful if you can water the plants from time to time.
ES: El cuarto se alquila entre 22. de julio y 31.de agosto. Pero puedes vivir en otro cuarto todo el septiembre. El cuarto es muy claro, tiene cortinas bonitas, un piso de madera y un escritorio viejo de madera. La cama esta bien para dos personas. Puedo hacer espacio para tus cosas en los estantes. Y lo mejor: el cuarto tiene una puerta hacia el balcon grandote con muuuchas plantas. Estaras para la temporada de tomates!!!! Te agradezco si puedes regar las plantas de vez en cuando.
DE: Kurz hinterm Hauptbahnhof, im sozial und kulturell durchmischten Favoriten (10.Bezirk). In einer halben Stunde bist du überall im Zentrum mit dem Rad, mit den Öffis noch schneller. Die U1 ist 5min entfernt. In die andere Richtung, stadtauswärts, bist du in 15min im Erholungsgebiet Wiener Berg, dort kann man in dem wunderschönen idyllischen von Grün umgebenen Wienerbergsee schwimmen und rundherum im Wald spazieren gehen.
EN: The flat is close behind the Main Station in the multicultural 10th district. You can go everywhere by bike in half an hour, and in even less time by public transport. The next metro station (U1) is 5min away. If you go the other direction, out of the city, you are in 15min at Wiener Berg, where you can go swimming and walking around in a calm, idyllic green place.
ES: El piso está muy cerca de la estacion central, en el districto 10, en el que vive gente de muchas culturas y muchas clases sociales. Con la bici puedes ir en media hora a todos lados del centro, en transporte publico mas rapido todavia. Si vas a la otra direccion, hacia afuera de la ciudad, estas en 15min en un sitio maravilloso con lago para nadar y un bosque muy verde al rededor.
DE: Wir, die hier wohnen, beschäftigen uns mit unter anderem mit Spielpädagogik, Kultur- und Sozialanthropologie, Sozialer Arbeit, Lohnarbeit in der Küche, Reproduktionsarbeit in der Wohnung, Aktivismus,......Allerdings werden meine Mitbewohnerinnen, so wie ich, auch immer wieder unterwegs sein. Ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang mit der Wohnung, den Menschen und den Pflanzen liegt uns aber allen sehr am Herzen!
EN: We, the three women living here, deal with topics like pedagogics, anthropology, social work, wage work in the kitchen, reproduction work at home, climate activism...Anyway, it can also be that my flatmates, like me, will be out for some time. We expect you to be careful with the flat, the plants and persons living there!
ES: Nosotras estamos ocupadas con temas como pedagogía, antropología, trabajo en la cocina afuera y dentro de la casa, activismo....no obstante, mis companieras, como yo, estaran afuera tambien de vez en cuando. De todas formas queremos tratar el piso, las plantas y personas viviendo alli con respeto.
DE: Wenn du interessiert bist, schreib mir einfach. Es ist auch möglich, das Zimmer zu zweit zu beziehen. Außerdem ist es möglich, das Zimmer nur für einen Teil der Zeit zu bewohnen. Für den August (inkl. Ende Juli) kostet die Miete 200€. Für den September im anderen Zimmer 320 €. Ich reise am 22. Juli schon ab. Falls du da noch nicht in Wien bist, kannst du mich am Telefon anrufen oder wir gern ein Skype-Gespräch ausmachen und meine Mitbewohnerin zeigt dir das Zimmer.
EN: If you are interested, just write me. I would also give it to two people. And you can also come for just a part of the time. For August (and end of July) rent is 200€. ES: Si estas interesad@, solo escribíme. Tambien es posible para dos personas vivir alli. Tambien es posible solo vivir una parte del tiempo alli. Para agosto (incl. fin de Julio) el alquiler es 200€. Para Septiembre en la otra habitacion serian otro 320. Yo salgo el 22. de julio. Si no estás en viena hasta entonces para ver el piso tambien podemos hablar en skype o me llamas por telefono.
