The room is Approximately 14 sq meters. It is south facing and gets a lot of daylight. It is pretty cozy in the winter and a bit hot in the warmer days of summer.
The room is adjacent to the kitchen and the shower, so it gets some noise, but that should not be a big problem unless you're too sensitive to noise.
The room is unfurnished, but a bed and a shelf might be left in the room upon agreement.
*Unfortunately pictures of the room not possible now, but it has the same view as the kitchen more or less*
Location, Location, Location!
The house is in a nice street in Herdern area, Rotlaubstr.. It is placed between Tennenbacher and Hauptstr Tram stops, which are 4-5 mins away each! You can get to forest in ~10 mins
Penny shop: 1 min
Institutsviertel: 5 mins
Doenner shop, Edeka: 3-4 mins
Europaplatz: 8 mins
We are Kourosh (29, CS Master), Luis(28, physics PhD just finished) and Jens(27, Bio master just finished). We are not a Zweck WG and like to spend time together, but also respect when people want to spend their time otherwise.
Kourosh is in our house Pizzaiolo, He is the best cook in the house by far but the worst guitar player by the same distance! He is trying to finish his studies, learn and improve his German and of course improve his guitar skills. He will judge your rice cooking method.
Luis is in our house *Physician*, he has just defended his Ph.D. thesis in Physics and is just chilling (He tells people that he is looking for a job!). His staple food is broccoli and cheese in the oven.
Jens is our hard working guy, he has just finished his studies and will move to Berlin soon. He's super friendly. He plays piano and guitar, unfortunately he has bought a teen whistle just recently! He likes his Nutella and his short term goal is to become better in AOEII.
Franz is moving out! Hurray! *jk*
We usually spend a lot of time together, specially now because of corona we're home even more; be it for coffee in the morning/afternoon or cooking together or sharing a drink in the evening.
We are not a party WG, but we have friends who come around quite often. We are usually not loud, but it is important that you feel comfortable with people being around. Of course you will always be very welcome to join! And we would also be happy to meet your friends :)

We want to have a mixed WG again, so we prefer the new flatmate to be of a different gender, but everyone are welcome to apply and we will try to check as many messages as we can and consider them all, we also will have another room empty soon, which can further help to gender balance the WG.
Also our landlord prefers someone who plans to stay longterm.
We bought a new fridge and a washing machine last year, so they should be partly reimbursed to the person moving out. (should be 30-50)
The warm rent is 250, internet+garbage+TV+etc should be 40-50 euros.
The WG-castings will be from 16th to 19th, and we try to decide by 20th.
