Zur Wohnung:
3 getrennt begehbare Zimmer, Küche, Bad und Klo getrennt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2.OG ohne Lift.
Im Haus sind außerdem drei befreundete WGs.
Zum Zimmer:
26qm, sehr sonnig, mit Erker
Schrank, 2 Regale, Bett, Couch, Schreibtisch. Ich werde ein Regal sowie Schreibtisch ausräumen, so dass genügend Platz für dich ist.
Die Straße ist zu hören, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum und nachts ist es meist ruhig :)

the room is 26 squaremeters big, very sunny and has a big couch, bed, cabinet and two shelves (1 for you to use +- so you have enough storage space)
you can hear the street, but when the windows is closed it doesn't disturb and at night it's mostly silent :)
Die Lage ist wirklich toll:
gemütliche 5 Gehminuten zur U6 Alserstraße, viele (inneren) Bezirke sind auch zu Fuß schnell erreichbar
3 Gehminuten zur 43er (in 10 min beim Schottentor)
N43 Nightline hält auch bei der Alserstraße, so dass du auch unter der Woche nachts gut nach Hause kommen kannst.
Der Gürtel und der Yppenplatz inkl. Brunnenmarkt mit vielen Bars und Cafés ist auch um die Ecke.
Der Westbahnhof ist schnell mit der U6 zu erreichen.

Ich, Hannah, studiere Soziale Arbeit auf der FH, David macht seinen Informatik Master auf der Uni, Taras produziert Musik.
Uns ist Toleranz und Offenheit wichtig!
Es ist natürlich auf das Zimmer und die gemeinschaftlichen Räume zu achten und der Hausverstand einzusetzen. ;)
Ein paar Pflanzen gäbe es zu gießen (lieber zu wenig als zu viel).
