my room will be free from the 7th of February until 28th of February. It has an elevated high bed (140 cm wide). It is completely furnished, has a lot of daylight and a good wifi connection. The flat is huge and has a big kitchen with all the necessary equipment (everything for cooking - fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher ... and a lot of kitchenware) and a bathroom with a washing machine. You would share the flat with 5 nice students.
I am setting a super low price for the room: 200 €/month or 50 €/week. The price already includes all the costs (gas/ electricity and Internet (DSL, W-LAN). I would love to have someone take it for the whole time, but you can also rent it per week. I would require 50 € of deposit.
The flat is on the 3rd floor of a nice residential building. The location is very central and has good connections to all parts of the city. 3 walking minutes away from the U6 underground station Alser Straße and Tram 43 and 7 minutes from Tram 44. Big grocery stores (e.g. Hofer and Interspar) are just a few steps away. The flat is also very close to Yppenplatz with Brunnenmarkt and nice cafés as well as many Gürtel (kine U6) bars and clubs.
The room is part of a 5-room flatshare for 6 people - the other flatmates are friendly female and male students who all speak English and German.

Mein Zimmer in einer Altbauwohnung ist vom 7.-28. Februar frei. Es hat ein Hochbett (140cm breit) und ist voll möbliert, bekommt viel Tageslicht und hat eine gute W--LAN Verbindung. Außerdem gibt es eine gemütliche Ess- und Wohnküche (incl. Spülmaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank & Mikrowelle). Waschmaschine ist natürlich auch da.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen Interspar, Hofer und Zielpunkt. Zur U6-Station Alserstr. oder zur Tram 43 läuft man etwa 3 Minuten; zur Tram 44 sind es etwa 7 Minuten. Außenrum gibt es direkt ein paar schöne Bars und Cafés (Stadtbahnbögen am Gürtel oder Yppenplatz).
Der Preis ist. 200 €/Monat oder 50 €/Woche. Der Preis beinhaltet Betriebskosten, Strom, Gas und Internet.
