Vermiete für die Monate Juli, August, September(1. Juli bis 30.September) mein WG Zimmer in einer schönen, gemütlichen 3-Wg im 17.Bezirk (Zwischenmiete!) Der Preis liegt bei 310€ + Kaution(200€). Das Zimmer is 8m² groß, hell und liegt sehr ruhig. Zusätzlich vermieten wir ein weiteres Zimmer (12m², gleicher Preis), fast unmöbeliert (siehe Fotos). Du kannst dir also auch eines von beiden aussuchen und ich stelle die Möbel zur Verfügung. Die zwei weiteren Mitbewohner Hussein und Mohamed sind beide Schauspieler, offen und nett, kochen gerne und sind im Sommer viel unterwegs..
Der Mietpreis:310€/ (Betriebskosten, Heizung, Warmwasser, Strom, Internet (WLAN)).
Die Kaution beträgt 200€
I’m renting my room (furnished, 8m²) from July until October (1. July-30. September) in a nice and cozy shared apartment in the 17th district of Vienna. We are also renting another room, its 12m², same price (310€) but without furniture. I can provide my bed and table for the other room as well. So you can decide which one of the room you prefere;)
Flatmates: Hussein and Mohamed, relaxed, open-minded and friendly actors.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Taubergasse, die Straßenbahnlinien 2 und 9 gehen direkt vor der Haustüre, Straßenbahnlinie 43,44 und Bus 10a sind ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die U6 Stationen Josefstädter Straße und Alserstraße sind zu Fuß in 30 Min oder mit den Öffis in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Parks, Supermärkte und der schöne Brunnenmarkt sind nicht weit.
