Beautiful, sunny and very quiet room facing the yard. Double Bed, Antique desk, various plants and a lot of space for your belongings. There is also a big 30m2 living room with an open fully equipped kitchen, which will be shared with your room mate. We also have a 6m2 terrace (loggia), with lot of different plants and herbs. Really relaxed to sit either in the morning in the sun for a coffee or in the evening (even if it is raining, because it's roofed). Small bathroom, with a bathtub.
The appartment is located in the 17th district, close to the metro station "Alerstraße", student campus 10min walking distance, city center 20min distance. There are a lot of different shops really close to the flat: Hofer, Interspar, a petrol station, international supermarket, bank, tobacconist. Also the "Yppenplatz" is reachable within 5min walking distance, where you can find a lot of nice restaurants, bars, cafés and a market (Brunnenmarkt).
You will be living with Cristina, who studies politics and also works. She is a really communicative, funny, social and easy person, who likes to read a lot ;) She also speaks various languages like english and french, as she lived in France for a year and is really helpful if you need anything.
No pets allowed, smoking only on the terrace.
If you have a bike, there is also a storage room for this in the house. Or you can take it inside the flat!
This is only a temporary rent either for half of August + September or only September!
