Hallo :) da ich raus aus der stadt ziehe, der Hauptmieter aber erst im Februar zurückkommt, ist in unserer 2er WG im 17. Bezirk vom 15. November bis Ende Januar 2019 ein Zimmer frei!
Das Zimmer ist etwa 20 m² groß und ist dank einer großen Fensterfront sehr hell und offen. Es ist möbliert.
Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock (kein Lift) und hat zwei zusätzliche Zimmer: ein weiteres Schlafzimmer und ein großes (20 m²) Wohnzimmer. Klo und Bad sind separat und im Bad befindet sich eine *Badewanne* mit Dusche.

Hello :) my room in a shared flat is to rent from the 15.11 until the end of January: i'm moving out of town, but the main tenant is only coming back in February. We are in the 17. district of Vienna.
The room itself is approx. 20 m² big, very bright and open due to a large windowfront. It is furnished.
The flat itself is on the third floor (no lift) and has two additional rooms: a second bedroom and...a big (20 m²) living room. Toilet and bathroom are seperate and there is a *bath tub* in the bathroom with a shower.
Die Wohnung liegt in 1170 Wien, Hernals, sehr nahe der S-Bahn-Station Hernals. Die Gegend ist sehr schön mit mehreren Parks, Supermärkten und einem Schwimmbad gleich in der Nähe. Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist auch sehr gut. Gleich in der Nähe (70m) befindet sich die S45 sowie die Straßenbahn 43, welche direkt in ca. 20 -30 min (je nach Tageszeit) in die Innenstadt fährt (Schottentor). Weiters befinden sich die Straßenbahnen 44, sowie 10 und der Bus 10A ganz in der Nähe. In der Nacht hält der Bus N43 fast vor der Haustüre.

The flat is located in Vienna 1170, Hernals, very close to the S-Bahn-station Hernals. The area is very nice with several parks, supermarkets and a swimming bath just around the corner. Also the availibilty of public transport doesn't leave anything to be desired. The S-Bahn S45, the trams 43 (which goes directly to the main university) 44 and 10 as well as the bus 10A are very close. It takes approx. 25 min to the inner city (Schottentor). During the night the bus N43 also stops in Hernals.
Dein Mitbewohner ist ein 24-jähriger, aufgeschlossener und netter Master-Student, der Deutsch und Englisch spricht. Die WG ist sehr relaxed und freundlich. Man sitzt gern einmal am Abend zusammen im Wohnzimmer oder unternimmt gemeinsam was.
Die Nachbarn sind ebenso sehr angenehm und beklagen sich auch nicht, wenn es an einen Abend einmal etwas später wird.

Your flatmate is a 24- year old and open-minded Graduate-student who speaks german and english. Life in the flat is very relaxed and friendly. I often sat down with my flatmate in the evening for a beer or we went out together.
Also the neighbours are very easy-going and don't complain if it gets a little louder in the evening.
Das Zimmer wird als Zwischenmiete vermietet, nämlich ist bis Ende Januar zu haben.
