Das Zimmer ist ca 14 m² groß, ist mit einem schönen Holzkleiderschrank, einem Einzelbett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet (falls etwas davon nicht benötigt wird, kann man es in den Keller geben) ausgestattet und hat ein großes Fenster das zum Innenhof schaut. Es ist Teil eine WG mit insgesamt 6 Zimmern von denen aktuell 2 bewohnt werden, die Miete bleibt bei dem Preis, unabhängig von der Bewohneranzahl. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein extra WC inklusive Pissior sowie eine geräumige Küche mit Spülmaschine unde genügend Stauraum. Die Miete beträgt €330,- dazu kommen keine anderen Kosten mehr.
Für die Work-Life-Sport Balance ist praktischerweise schon durch tägliches Treppensteigen gesorgt, da unsere Wg im 4.OG liegt, wer es allerdings gemütlicher haben will, kann auch den Aufzug verwenden.
The room is about 14 square meters, it is equipped with a nice wooden wardrobe, a single bed and a desk (if something is not needed, you can put in the basement). It is part of a shared flat with 6 rooms of which 2 are currently rented, the rent remains at the price, regardless of the number of inhabitants. There is a bathroom with a shower and an additional toilet including a pissior and a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of storage space. The rent is € 330, -.
As our appartement is located on the 4th floor, your work-life-sport balance is already taken care of, if you are more of a comfortable human beeing, you can also use the elevator.

Basically it is a purpose WG, but there are a total of 6 rooms of which you are still 3 available after your move, in which you can let a friend of yours move in, provided it is a student.
