Unsere wunderbare WG wird sich zum Ende September auflösen. Ich ziehe bereits zu Mitte Juli aus.
Ich vermiete auch nach Absprache Teile des Zeitraums.
Die Wohnung ist ein sanierter Albau mit moderner Wohnküche und neuem Bad.
Mein Zimmer wirkt durch die hohen Decken sehr geräumig. Für deinen Aufenthalt wird natürlich alles an Möbeln da sein, was du benötigst. Bad & Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Eine Waschmashine und eine Wäschetrockner kann von Dir mitgenutzt werden.
Hietzing ist ein schöner, grüner Stadtteil. Schönbrunn liegt nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Anbindung ist gut - direkt an der U4 gelegen bist du in 13 Minuten im Zentrum (Karlsplatz).
Einkaufmöglichkeiten wie Penny, Billa und Bipa sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (2 min) aber auch in unter 10 Minuten erreichst Du fußläufig zahlreiche Läden wie Hofer, Bäcker, Post, Media Markt,
Obi, Merkur, ...
Deine Mitbewohner werden Eilas, Chrissi und Jenssein. Wir sind alle Studenten (Lehramt und Ingenieurwesen) und stammen aus Niederösterreich, Wien und Deutschland)
Das WG-Leben ist klasse. Alle sind unkompliziert und offen, wir mögen es einigermaßen sauber und haben viel Spaß miteinander.
Gemeinsame Aktivitäten aber auch Privatsphäre lassen sich hier super vereinbaren.
Nach Möglichkeit solltest du auch keine Katzenhaarallergie haben - es gint nämlich eine kuschelige Mitbewohnerin ;-)
NON-PERMANENT RENT FOR 3 MONTH
I won´t be in Vienna from Juli until End of September, so my room in our 4 room shared apartment will be vacant.
The flat is very beautiful and located in Viennas 13th district. You can reach the city centre within 13 minutes by public transport, the underground train station is just in front of the house. Plenty of shops are very close.
We are outgoing and fun flatmates, but at the same time we like it clean and we respect the privacy of each other. We are looking for a nice person to share the house with - preferably an international student.
