Das Zimmer hat 15,22qm und kostet 450 Euro im Monat. Es ist ein schönes helles Zimmer mit Parkett Boden und Abendsonne.
In dem Mietpreis sind Internet und alle sonstigen Nebenkosten bereits enthalten.

In our flat, shared by 4 people, will be a room free.
The room is 15,22m² and costs 450 Euros per month.
It is a nice room with parquett floor and during the evening the sun shines into the room.
Within the rent, all costs and general costs are included.
Generell:
- super ruhige Gegend, 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Station Ober St. Veit. In 8 Minuten ist man bei Schönbrunn und zum Karlsplatz braucht man 15 min.
- um die Ecke sind Merkur, Billa und Bipa und ein Bäcker und eine Apotheke
- kostenloses Parken
- die Wohnung ist neu renoviert
- großes Wohnzimmer, gemütliche Küche, Bad und Toilette sind getrennt
Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Badewanne
In general:
- we live in a very calm area
- the ubahn station Ober St. Veit is only 2 minutes by feet away, within 8 minutes you are at Schönbrunn and within 15 minutes you are in the city center at Karlsplatz
- right around the corner we have Merkur, Billa, Bipa and a bakery
- free parking
- the flat is new renovated
- there is a big living room, a nice kitchen and the bathroom and the toilet are sepereated
there’s also a washing machine, a dish washer and a bathtub
Wir sind:
Florin (39) ist Architekt und Musiker, macht gerne Sport (Snowboarden, Kitesurfung, biking).
Laila (30) macht gerade ihren Master in Chemie und kocht gerne mexikanische Gerichte.
Daniel (24) kommt aus Wales, ist Englisch Lehrer – aber keine Angst, er kann auch deutsch – ist sportbegeistert und geht gerne Abends aus dem Haus.
Generell sind wir eine entspannte, saubere WG. Aufgrund der verschiedenen Arbeitszeiten, sieht man sich meistens Abends beim kochen in der Küche. Gegen ein gemeinsames Bier oder ein Glas Wein ist nichts einzuwenden. Wenn es sich ergibt, kann man ja mal einen gemeinsamen WG Kochabend machen. Gleichzeitig wird natürlich auch jedem seine Privatsphäre gelassen.
Das besondere an der WG ist, dass wir eine multi kulti WG sind.
We are:
Florin (39) an architect and musician, likes sportive activities (snowboarding, kitesurfing, biking).
Laila (30) is currently working on her PHD in chemistry and she likes to cook mexican food. Daniel (24) an english teacher, also interested in sports and likes to go out during the evening.
In general we are a relaxed and clean shared flat. Due to the different working hours, we mostly see each other during the evening while cooking in the kitchen. Sometimes a cold beer or a glass of wine together could be nice. On the same time everybody respects the privacy of one another
