The flat is in a new building with a small courtyard in front of it, around 70m2 in size, divided into 3 rooms with shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Two of these rooms are going to be free from the beginning of July.
1st room: 20m2 ca, 420€ all inclusive (360€ rent + 60€ utilities)
2nd room: 12.5m2 ca, 340€ (280€ rent + 60€ utilities)
Both rooms are bright and warm; they are mostly unfurnished.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical stove, oven, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. The washing machine/dryer is in the flat.
There is additional storage space in the basement (where bikes can be kept).

Nice and quiet neighborhood in the 13th district, very close to the park of Schönbrunn. It is a very green location, good for taking relaxing walks or ride bikes.
The city center can be easily reached with the U4 which is just a few minutes' walk away (Hietzing or Braunschweiggasse), and the tram stops 10 and 60 are nearby.
Spar, Billa, DM, Libro and various other shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
I am a 29-year-old phd student from Italy. I like to read and cook, and I enjoy some sport - when I can - and hanging out.
The main languages spoken in the flat are English and Italian, and some French. I do speak a bit of German, but I am still learning :)
The rooms are already free so it will be possible to move in right away.
