The flat is in a new building with a small courtyard in front of it, around 70m2 in size, divided into 3 rooms with shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The room is 12.5m2, very bright and warm and mostly unfurnished. It is available from the beginning of September.
The total rent amounts to 340€ (280€ rent + 60€ utilities).
The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical stove, oven, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. The washing machine/dryer is in the flat.
There is additional storage space in the basement (where bikes can be kept).

Nice and quiet neighborhood in the 13th district, very close to the park of Schönbrunn. It is a very green location, good for taking relaxing walks or ride bikes.
The city center can be easily reached with the U4 which is just a few minutes' walk away (Hietzing or Braunschweiggasse), and the tram stops 10 and 60 are nearby.
Spar, Billa, DM, Libro and various other shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
I am a 30-year-old phd student from Italy. I like to read and cook, and I enjoy some sport - when I can - and hanging out. My flatmate, who just moved in herself, is a 20-year-old student from Germany.
The main language spoken in the flat is English and I do speak a little bit of German, but I am still learning :)
The room is already free so it will be possible to move in right away.
