Anyone looking for a Beautiful Room to sublet whole month of AUGUST in VIENNA
(move in may be possible in July and move out possible till Sept 15nth, can be discussed )
The room is huge, its about 32 sq meters and has two large double door windows that open into the street (not a noisy street) . The sun shines into the room in the morning allowing for a good amount of direct sun and then moves around towards the kitchen later in the afternoon, making the room not the hottest in summer (yay).
Iv outfitted the room with plants and vintage furniture (pls take care of them, its beautiful and too cool to die) and there is a large desk to work on, my funny synth piano keyboard will be available for funky fresh beat making. A clothing rack will also be available to you in the room and of course a large double size bed for your dreaming.
The Apt is in the 2nd district , right next to the donau canal, down the street from Augarten and karmelita market, a short bike ride away from the Donau isle for fresh summer swimming and over the bridge from the 1st district, 15 minutes bike ride to the 7nth or 6th and 2 blocks away from U2 and U4 Schottenring and the 31 tram stops right infront of us and the 1 tram annnnd the 71 and the D are a block away as well SO CENTRAL !
Not to mention , you live right close to a Bipa, a BILLa, a Penny Markt there are tons of bars and cafes close by and a sweet HUmana second hand shop, THE BEST PIZZA IN VIENNA @ PIZZA MARI...AND AND your right next to the canal really, so you can sit and sunbath or grab late night drinks or join the rest of the picnic people for beers on hot summer nights or go for a lovely jog in the morning !

Your Flatmates would be all in their mid to late 20's all working professionally within their creative fields of Viennese jazz and overall davinci musician Sebastian, Parisian graphic designer Laurie, and Viennese jewelry designer Auris.
We look to find someone with a similar mind state who is involved in their own projects and work,
with easy going vibes who likes to socialize from time to time, grab a drink eat a meal together and not just be the ghost in the room. We are an open minded and free group of people all comfortable with one another and respectful of one another...we like to enjoy our home , walk around in our underwear sometimes (summer is hot) , cook and also just do our own thing, whenever life gets stress-full we try to be there for one another we smoke a cigarettes in the kitchen with wine and maybe auris's great home made pizza and work it all out.
It'd be nice if they can clean after themselves and share responsibilities of the house as you will be taken in as part of our collective for the period of your residence you will be expected to take over my weekly task of either taking garbage out or vacuuming (its an easy job) .
