Your private space consists out of two rooms. The first one, which you enter from the hallway, is around 16 m² big, has two corner windows, and from there you enter the second room, which is around 12 m². No walk-through rooms! Part of the day you have direct sunlight shining into the room for lazy tanning ;) Also, it will be partly empty when you move in (which furniture remains can be discussed),
The U6 station Alterlaa is 10 min. walking distance away from the house and in In 5 minutes- walking distance you'll find a super market, a pharmacy, and a tobbaco store. Also the Badner bahn WLB brings you to the city center and is 5 mins away from the house.
Also, the Wienerberg with its lake, waiting for you to dip in the water when it's hot or in the winter for some ice bathing is very close (8 minutes biking).
The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood with few traffic and due to our good relationship with our neigboursit's nevera problem to host parties, or play music in the garden.
Laurenz - 30 y
Half engineer, half dude, with a passion for DJing and a club next to his bed. He is always into DIY-projects and is currently establishing a new business idea. Joining Laurenz for his morning routine means interesting conversations such as brainstorming for brand names or discussing the optimized shape of cereal grains.
Jan - 29 y
is the newest member of the gang. There is little that does not interest him, but his fascination lies in people and the human mind. You're always welcome to share your troubles, thoughts and emotions with him :)
BTW: We have a lot of instruments in the house, featuring an e-piano and an almost antique accordian (and many more inbetween)
Anja - 30 y
moves in the field of social education and enjoys acitivities such as contemporary dancing, acro-yoga, drinking red wine or slacklining. She loves social gatherings and trying out new things with beloved people.

We respect each other's boundries, we share a lot and we try to understand our roommates' perspectives on things.
Also, this house is open for unfolding creative ideas and projects, we have a lot of shared space which is always happy being used. Please keep in mind that this house is old, don't expect luxuries like underfloor heating ;) The benefit from that is, that you can recreate the space even more!
We are searching for people who are open minded, open hearted, are not shy to communicate what they need and whish for, are passionate about life and also very important - like to share good moments together.
