Hallihallo da Draußen!
In unserer WG wird ab Anfang Februar bis Ende April ein Zimmer frei! Auf ca. 160 m² wohnen Jannik, Katha, Paz, Peter, Nina und ab Februar vielleicht auch du.
Das Zimmer, welches frei wird, ist 13 m² groß und voll möbliert. Gleich vorweg: Man muss zuerst an Nina vorbei bevor man sich in seinen eigenen vier Wänden befindet. Bevor ihr jetzt abgeschreckt seid, gleich ein großes ABER: Nina ist total unkompliziert und super nett! Außerdem hat sie sich eine kleine Burg gebaut und wenn sie gerade noch oder schon schläft versteckt sie sich einfach dahinter! Meistens sind die Zimmertüren jedoch eh alle offen und man kann ohne Probleme ein- und ausgehen, wie man will.
Falls dich das noch nicht überzeugt hat, habe ich noch einiges zu bieten:
Die WG befindet sich mitten im 8. Bezirk in der Skodagasse. Straßenbahnen (5,33,44,43,2) sind alle in einer Minute erreichbar, ebenso der Bus 13A und die U6 Josefstädterstraße. Die Hauptuni , das Publizistikinstitut, das NIG aber auch die Unis nähe Spittelau sind in kürzester Zeit erreichbar, das lange Ausschlafen ist also gesichert!
Außerdem gibt es direkt gegenüber einen kleinen Billa, aber auch einen Spar Gourmet und einen großen Billa gleich um die Ecke. DM, BIPA, Erste Bank usw. sind ebenfalls in 1-2 Minuten zu erreichen.
In der Skoda 3 ist immer was los. Es wird gekocht, gebacken, geblödelt und ab und zu auch gefeiert! Ab und zu unternehmen wir etwas zusammen und haben immer einen Spaß dabei. Außerdem sind alle sehr feierfreudig und die Küche mutiert dann schon das ein oder andere Mal zum Party-Keller! Aber auch ein gemütliches Weinchen am Abend wird öfters mal bei einer hitzigen Diskussion gekippt.
Die Wohnung ist also ein kompletter Glücksgriff!

Hello everybody!
My nice and cosy room in Vienna 1080 will be free from 1st of February until the End of April. It is located in behind Nina' room, which means you have to walk through it before reaching your bed :) But don't panik! Nina is a very nice and uncomplicated person, and doors are open most of the time anyways.
Further you will have the opportunity to live in a great shared flat. Jannik, Katha, Paz, Peter and Nina are a bunch of really nice and outogoing people with whom you will definitely have a lot of fun and the possibility to enjoy the city at its best!
The flat is located very central, supermarkets, subway and tram stations are just around the corner!
