Wir, Annabelle, Nine und Lisa (Annabelle macht ein Kolleg für Mode und Design, Nine studiert Raumplanung an der TU, Lisa studiert Philosophie) haben im Sommer zwei Zimmer frei, die wir gerne vermieten würden. Annabelle und Lisa sind über die Sommermonate nicht in Wien und somit sind ihre Zimmer frei: eines von Juli bis Ende September, ein anderes von Juli bis Ende August.
Nines Zimmer (für 2 Monate frei, von Mitte Juli - Mitte September) ist etwa 12 qm groß, mit einem Hochbett, einem Schreibtisch, einem Sofa und einem Schrank/Regal möbliert und super gemütlich. Das Zimmer kann so wie es ist bezogen werden. Ein weiterer Schreibtisch, Sofa, etc. befinden sich zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung im oberen Wohnzimmer.
Über zwei Stockwerke teilen wir uns zwei große gemütliche Wohnzimmer welche, so wie alle anderen Räume, in den grünen, südseitigen Innenhof blicken. Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und hell. Dank Hochbett und der beiden großen, gemütlichen Wohnzimmern (30m2) gibt es viel Raum zum entspannen, arbeiten, kochen oder kreativ sein.

Hey, we are Annabelle (fashion student), Nine (urban planning student) and Lisa (Philosophy student).
During summer, Nines room will be free: from 15th of July - 15th of september.
Nines roomis about 12 square meters, furnished with a loft bed, a desk, a sofa and a closet / shelf and super comfortable. Another desk, sofa, etc. are for shared use in the upper living room.
Our flat has two living rooms connected via a spiral stairway. All rooms are looking south into the green yard without an opposite house, so it's sunny and quiet all day. The room shares neither floor nor walls nor ceiling with any neighbours. Thanks to the loft bed and the two big living rooms there is plenty of space to relax, work, cook or be creative.
Unsere Maisonettewohnung liegt in einem ruhigen, grünen Innenhof im 8. Bezirk ums Eck von der Josefstädterstraße, ca. 5 min zu Fuß vom Brunnenmarkt, Yppenplatz, der Neubaugasse usw. und ca. 15 min. von der Uni (Campus) (www.bit.ly/1pPnjps)

Wir führen keine Zweck-WG und freuen uns wenn sich Zeit für Gespräche und zum gemeinsamen Kochen/essen findet :)
Einen Putzplan führen wir nicht, sondern sprechen uns einfach ab.

Wir können nicht jeden einladen der uns schreibt, darum ist es uns wichtig, dass du uns ein Gefühl dafür geben kannst wer du bist, uns erzählst was dich im Sommer nach Wien zieht und wie du dir ein WG-leben vorstellst. Für uns ist es wichtig die Zimmer an jemand zu vergeben der verantwortungsbewusst und ordentlich ist. Danke! :)
