Ich vermiete mein schönes Zimmer im 8. Bezirk, da ich während der Semesterferien nicht in Wien sein werde. Die Wohnung ist nahe der Ubahn Station Alserstraße. Ich vermiete das ca. 15qm Zimmer möbliert. Es hat ein Bett (2x2 Meter), Schreibtisch, Kleiderstange, Kommode und ein Klavier, welches als Abstellobjekt oder zum Spielen benutzt werden kann. Sonst ist die Wohnung top ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Sandwichtoaster, Dusche und allen möglichen Küchenutensilien.
Das Fenster des Zimmers zeigt zum Innenhof.
I will sublet my room in the 8th district, because i will not be in Vienna during the semester break.
The flat is close to the metro station Alserstraße. I will rent the approximately 15sqm room furnished. The room has a bed, desk, clothes rail, chest of drawers and a piano, which can be played or used as a kind of shelf. The Flat is well appointed with a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, sandwich toaster and a shower.
The window of the room faces to the courtyard.
In etwa 3 Minuten ist eine Straßenbahn und U6 Alserstraße zu erreichen.
Mit der U6 ist man im Handumdrehen beim Westbahnhof und auch bei der Mariahilfer-Straße zum einkaufen.
Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein Billa und ein Hofer, welche in etwa 5 Minuten zu erreichen sind.
In approximately 3 minutes you can reach the tram and also the metro station U6 Alserstraße.
With the U6 you are quick at the Westbahnhof or the Mariahilfer-Straße to go shopping.
There are two close grocery stores (Billa and Hofer), which you can reach in about 5 minutes.
Eva und Anna sind supernett und wohnen hier. Sie sind immer bereit gemeinsam zu kochen, Tee oder Kaffee zu trinken oder mal auf ein Bier zu gehen.
Eva and Anna are super nice and live here. They are always ready to cook together, to drink tea or coffee or to go out for a beer.
