Meine Wohnung hat 84m2 und Dein Zimmer hat ca. 22 qm, ist sehr ruhig (Innenhof), sehr hell (sonnenseitig). Das Bad und die Küche teilen wir uns . Ich benutze 2 Zimmer auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung.
In Deinem Zimmer stehen:
- ein Doppelbett (Ikea Malm, 160x200),
- ein recht großer Schreibtisch (160x80),
- Nachtkästchen (Malm), und
- ein 4-türiger Kleinerschrank (B170).
Internet, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen usw. - alles da. AUSSER einem Geschirrspüler - ist also händisch zu erledigen.
Ich möchte das Zimmer vorerst nur bis zum Sommer 2018 vermieten.

I have a 2 bedroom flat with 84sqm, and your room (22sqm) is very quiet and sunny. We share the kitchen and bathroom, and I use 2 rooms on "the other side" of the flat.
Your room is furnished with
- double bed (Ikea Malm, 160cm x 200cm)
- a fairly big desk (160cm x 80) with chair
- bedside tables and
- a closet (170cm wide).
Wifi, washing machine, iron - all available. However, I don't have a dishwasher!
Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut - wenige Minuten entfernt ist die Station Albertgasse der Straßenbahn 2, 5 und 33 - bzw. Schottenfeldgasse der Linie 46. Bus 48A und 13A sind auch schnell zu erreichen. Zu Fuß zur U6 Thaliastraße oder Josefstädter Straße sind es ca. 8 Minuten. U2 Station Rathaus ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß (oder 2 Stationen Straßenbahn).
Es gibt in der Nähe Bäckereien, Billa, Spar, Spar Gourmet - und auch ein Denn's und Hofer sind in 8 Minuten erreichbar. Bipa, dm, Tchibo, SwingKitchen, Restaurants, Cafes, Eisladen, PrintShop... alles da. Mariahilferstraße ist ca. 15 Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt.

The flat is in a great location - only a few minutes walk from stop "Albertgasse" on tram lines 2, 5 and 33, or "Schottenfeldgasse" on the 46. Buses 48A and 13A can be reached within a few minutes, just like U6 stops Thaliatraße and Josefstädter Straße. U2 Rathaus is 10 minutes walk approx., or 2 stops on the tram.
Stores (Spar, Billa, Denn's, Hofer, dm, Bipa, Tchibo etc.) are very close, and there are many restaurants, bars, cafes within just a few minutes walk. Vienna's main shopping street, Mariahilferstraße, is about 15 minutes walk away.
Zu mir: ich bin fast 40, sehr umgänglich und aufgeschlossen, dennoch zuhause sehr ruhig. Ich bin selbstständig und arbeite von zuhause, bin abends sehr oft unterwegs, und reise recht viel. Zuhause hab ich es gerne ruhig, ich bin schwul, single, rauche seltenst, bin sportlich, nicht pedantisch, offen... :)
Zu dir: offen, zuverlässig, ruhig, sauber tagsüber vielleicht busy, magst es daheim auch eher ruhig, machst - wenn - Party lieber draußen als in der Wohnung, rauchst nur selten bis gar nicht, bringst wenig Besuch nach Hause und trägst vielleicht den Müllsack unaufgefordert runter?

I am a 40 yo, self-employed, easy going and down-to-earth gay guy, I work from home, go out in the evenings, travel lots and like a peaceful home. I rarely smoke, am single, enjoy sports, am open-minded, not pedantic...
You should be open-minded, reliable, clean, enjoy a peaceful and quiet home, too, bring guests only occasionally, don't chain-smoke and don't have to be asked to empty the trash?
1x im Monat kommt eine Putzfrau zur Grundreinigung - Küche, Bad, Böden etc. - gerne können wir das auf 2x pro Monat erhöhen, die Kosten belaufen sich pro Besuch auf €30-50 und werden 50/50 geteilt. Zwischen ihren Besuchen wäre natürlich generelle Sauberkeit erwünscht :) Abwaschen müssen wir immer selbst.

Once a month a cleaner comes to clean the floors, kitchen, windows, bathroom - however, only once a month, Happy to increase it to twice a month, each visit costing €30-50 and being split 50/50. However, between visits we do the cleaning ourselves. She does NOT wash dishes!
