Hello there!
We are looking for a flat mate (f/m) in our WG starting from now.
This is us: Samuele, 26, working in a bank and finishing my master at the UniWien, and Christian, 34, working as social pedagogist.
The flat is on the Pfeilgasse, in the 8th district, and is 102m2 large: kitchen, bathroom, toilet, storage room, long hallway and three bedrooms.
Just 4 minutes away from U6, tram 2,5,46.
Your room is 23m2, with two large windows, bed, armchair, fireplace (unfortunately not usable, but still nice to have), a shelf, coffee table, two plants. Of course, you can bring in whatever else you need!
The rent is 350€, all inclusive (electricity, gas, water, wifi and TV).
Since the flat needs to be left on July 31st 2018, there is no need for the deposit (which would be 2 months) only upon payment of your all stay in advance (from your moving in until end of July).

Hallo!
Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Mitbewonehr/in für unsere 3er WG bis ende Juli.
Das sind wir: Samuele, 26, arbeitet in einer Bank und beendet gerade sein Master an der UniWien, und Christian, 34, arbeitet als Sozialpädagoge.
Die Wohnung ist in der Pfeilgasse, 8. Bezirk, und ist 102m2 groß: Küche, Toilette, Bad, Abstellraum, langer Gang und 3 Bettzimmer getrennt voneinander begehbar.
Dein Zimmer ist 23m2, mit 2 großen Fenster, Bett, Sessel, Kamin (leider nicht akitv, aber nice to have), ein Regal.
Die Miete beträgt € 350, alles inklusive (Strom, Wasser, Gas, WLAN und TV).
Da die Wohngemeinschaft am 31. Juli aufgelöst wird, wird keine Kaution verlangt, aber dafür die gesamte Miete im Voraus (Einzug bis 31. Juli).
