Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße im Herzen vom 8ten Bezirk, aber ist super angebunden. Straßenbahn 33 und 5 und Bus 13A in 1 Gehminute und 43, 44 Strassenbahn 2 Minuten. U6 und U2 jeweils 10 Minuten bzw. 15min Fussweg! Der Schönbornpark ist gleich ums Eck und wartet auf DEINEN Besuch! :)
Billa, Spar, Bäckereien, Cafes, Bars, Spielkneipen, Schönbornpark und 3 grossartige Pizzerien sind alle ums Eck!
Insgesamt eine der best angebundensten und schönsten Gegenden zum Wohnen in Wien.

Deine Mitbewohner:innen sind:
- Marko, 38, aus Kroatien. Er ist Performancekünstler und singt in einer Band. Marko ist oft für Konzerte, Ausstellungen usw. unterwegs und ist Teil von einem Künstlerkollektiv
- Ich, (Micha, 35) bin ursprünglich aus der Schweiz und habe Bern und Wien Powi/VWL studiert. Nach ein paar Jahren in Berlin und einem Job im 3D Druck Bereich bin ich zurück in Wien und arbeite für ein Innovationsbüro. Ich gehe gerne auf Konzerte, ins Theater, mag Brettspiele, Techno, gutes Essen, Prosecco & Ping-Pong im Park

Wir haben alle viel zu tun und sind ziemlich eingespannt aber verstehen uns alle prima. Wir plaudern gerne in der Küche oder gehen gemeinsam mal zu einer Veranstaltung/Konzert/Party/Essen. Insgesamt ist alles sehr entspannt.

Wir feiern alle gerne aber nicht zuhause wo wir uns erholen und rücksichtsvoll sind :) Wir haben ausserdem eine Putzperson die im Preis inkludiert ist um mühsame Streitigkeiten zu vermeiden.

Derzeit wohnt auch Hannah in einem anderen kleinen Zimmer, aber nur bis Ende August, danach sind wir mit dir zu dritt.

The 495 EUR includes EVERYTHING (rent, electricity, (high!) gas price, cleaning person, internet).

The room in our flat-sharing community of 4 is on the 3rd floor and despite the north side very bright with large windows (recently repainted and insulated) and wooden parquet. The room has 25 m² area and will be handed over unfurnished for the period. (except for a mattress and desk if you need it).

The room can be rented from September to December 2023, but theoretically you can also move in now!

LOCATION:
The apartment is located in a very quiet side street in the heart of the 8th district, but is super connected. Streetcar 33 and 5 and bus 13A in 1 minute walk and 43, 44 streetcar 2 minutes. U6 and U2 each 10 minutes and 15min walk respectively! The Schönbornpark is just around the corner and waiting for YOUR visit! :)
Billa, Spar, bakeries, cafes, bars, play pubs, Schönbornpark and 3 great pizzerias are all around the corner!
Overall, one of the best connected and most beautiful areas to live in Vienna.

- Marko, 38, from Croatia. He is a performance artist and sings in a band. Marko is often on the road for concerts, exhibitions etc. and is part of an artist collective.
- I, (Micha, 35) am originally from Switzerland and studied Powi/VWL in Bern and Vienna. After a few years in Berlin and a job in 3D printing I'm back in Vienna and work for an innovation office. I like going to concerts, theater, board games, techno, good food, prosecco & ping-pong in the park.

We all have a lot to do and are pretty busy but we all get along great. We like to chat in the kitchen or go to an event/concert/party/dinner together sometimes. Overall, everything is very relaxed.
Currently, there's also Hannah living in another small room, but only until the end of August.

We all like to party but not at home where we relax and are considerate :) We also have a cleaning person included in the price to avoid tedious disputes.
